Terrific - my first cruise and first time working with an agent. Becky was so fast to respond to any of my questions which is important to me. I had started to book the cruise myself, but Becky was able to save me a huge amount of money on our room for the same trip. I'll definitely look to Becky for help again!

Becky was marvelous! From me dropping her a note saying hey we are interested in going to Disney World for a long weekend, to the very end and checking in after. She quickly got us options at hotels and packages within the different levels of resorts and quotes. She made the process seamless and supported us throughout the trip, providing assistance and tips and tricks (of which were great). Disney can be daunting to plan, and honestly, with my crazy schedule, it's just tough to do. She took the stress and worry out of all of it. We got a car's suite near the skyliner, with tickets to the parks. She provided ideas for dining and how to navigate the rides and various activities. My kids aren't "little" anymore and getting that guidance was so wonderful. Everyone had their own bed and space, and we were able to get to and from the parks with ease. Overall, a great experience with many great memories to have for a lifetime now.

Working with Becky on our Disney trip was wonderful! She provided tips and tricks that helped make our trip better than I could have imagined. She helped with resort and restaurant recommendations that were a perfect fit for our family.

We planned a 3 generation girls trip where we needed a walk in shower and a resort that was easy to navigate with a scooter. Becky was very insightful and paid close attention to our needs. We have used a different Disney TA in the past and they didn’t nearly provide the level of service like Becky did. Planning a Disney trip can be overwhelming but she handled so much including dinning and experience reservations. I found the Disney website overwhelming so it was valuable that Becky handled all of the bookings. She stayed within our budget and helped us narrow down resort options based on our top priorities. She never made me feel like an inconvenience when I asked to quotes at multiple resorts. Highly recommend!
