Working with Krystal was such an easy and fun process. She was always available for any questions, sent me numerous options to review and stuck with me no matter how many times I had to put the planning on hold and/or changed my mind on where I wanted to go. Once we made our final decision on our destination, the booking was a breeze. She took care of everything, plane, resort, transfer etc.. you name it, she took care of it; and the packet she sent with all our information (and a nice surprise gift!) was such an amazing thing to have. I never worried about any aspect of my vacation. She did an amazing job and I would not only go to Krystal again in the future but I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking to book a trip.

Absolutely amazing. I thought it was going to be impossible to plan a last minute trip (within 4-5 weeks) for specific timeframes for myself and my 2 teenagers - but Krystal completely came thru with so many ideas. Extremely attentive to my many, many questions because this was a first for myself traveling alone with my kids and she helped me so much! Because of her tremendous knowledge she put me at ease and calmed my anxiety which allowed me to go outside of my comfort zone and try a cruise for the first time. Very honest, professional, extremely caring and can't wait to have her plan our next adventure.

I can't say it enough...Krystal is the best travel agent! She knows her stuff when it comes to traveling...this was my 3rd time using her services and she never disappoints. My 1st vacation was to Disney and I can truly say it was one of my favorites, she knew every detail, best Resort, best restaurants, even best shows, rides and parades. She made it so simple for us! Our 2nd trip was our honeymoon to Mexico, and again she made it so easy for us to enjoy our trip without any worries, including transfers from Airport to resort....this last trip was a cruise, the process was so easy with her...did I mentioned I live in a total different state! Yea, she managed to book everything and give me options. And will be using her again for my son's graduation getaway coming up next year...even if you don't know where to start, reach out and she will make it so simple and smooth.
