Randy was so helpful and resourceful throughout our email exchanges. After sharing details of our Japan trip, he found several hotel options surrounding the areas of our trips. He made sure to check in, find out preferences, and come back with additional options. He helped us find a good deal in Kyoto, and we immediately booked the hotel through him. If I were to go to Japan again or go on any trip/cruise, I would definitely check in with Randy first. You won’t regret it!

Didn't expect this to be my favorite cruise!

I had a wonderful transatlantic cruise from Barcelona to Tampa on NCL. Randy was very helpful and friendly. He convinced me that the 5 sea days in a row would be fun (based on his personal experience) and he was right, they blew by!
I loved the stops in Azores and Portugal, specifically the sights and food there. I followed Randy’s advice to plan all my activities. He understood exactly what I wanted and he found the best option for me. He is the absolute best!
