Magical family trip to Disney and Disney Cruise!

Scarlett helped us plan a trip to Disney and a cruise on the Disney Wish. She helped every step of the way. She is knowledgeable about anything Disney. I had a lot of questions and she always got right back to me. There was so much to plan from where to stay in Disney to transporation from the airport to the port for the cruise. We were taking our 2 adult kids and their families so she was planning for 12 people. I would use Scarlett again for any travel, she was wonderful to work with!

This was our first trip to Universal and our first time working with a travel agent. There is absolutely no way I could have planned this trip without her expert guidance. Scarlett was incredible to work with. She took care of every single detail-- worked within our budget, gave us options to choose from, handled every little issue that came up, made sure every request was granted, answered all my questions and if she didn't have an answer, she found the answer quickly. She was quick to respond any time I needed anything and even checked in on us during our trip. She really is the absolute best. I 100% recommend her and will use her to plan any trips we take in the future!

Highly recommend Scarlett Must Love Travel whether you are a pro traveler or a novice one. Scarlett will work with you on your dream vacation! She will offer advice if needed on locations, places to visit, best times to travel, stateroom location on a cruise, help with hotel stays, and flights. I have used her services now on two cruises to the Bahamas and most recently our Alaskan cruise that is for a party of 10. Scarlett made the process easy and it is such a pleasure working with her!

Scarlett was amazing at adapting to various circumstances: 1) my traveling companion and I came from different parts of the country but wanted to fly to/from Ecuador together 2) we had chosen an itinerary from a particular cruise line but she found us a comparable cruise with better financial arrangements 3) we booked for the fall of ‘22 but unexpected surgery forced us to cancel and rebook for Jan ‘23 4) While we were in the air on the way to Ecuador, our cruise extension to Machu Picchu was cancelled. Through it all Scarlett managed it with confidence from booking flights to avoid hurricane or winter weather delays, to a birthday celebration onboard, to making sure we got the refund for our cancelled trip extension. Kudos and many thanks to Scarlett!

Scarlett helped me and a friend plan a long weekend trip to Jordan, including Petra, Wadi Rum, and the Dead Sea.
