Amazing Mexico senior trip!

Throughout the entire process of finding a resort, looking at flights and talking through what we wanted and didn’t care about Andy was fantastic!! Once we booked he laid out a very simple payment plan and sent reminders when payments were due. When we got closer to departure time he was always available to answer questions and put safety concerns at ease (because…Mexico).Right before we left he sent us a VERY detailed literary that laid out every aspect of the trip down to how to navigate the airport and customs to what to avoid (timeshare sellers) as we exited the airport. Upon arrival back in the States, Andy reached back out and wanted to know how the trip went and if there were any issues that arose in which he didn’t account for. Everything that he prepared for us was 100% spot on.
Overall I would definitely use Andy again to book travel in which I wanted a extremely well planned vacation and wanted someone looking out for me and my families best interest and safety.

A Wonderful Family Get-Together-Vacation

Andy is super communicative every step of the way throughout the booking process, the confirmations from airline and hotel, flight updates, and easy payment options. We had a fantastic family vacation in Colorado. We took an historic train ride, explored the fossil beds in Dinosaur Ridge, and capped off the visit with the Jewel and Train concert in Red Rocks. Andy created a perfect trip for us, with a hotel choice perfect for the venues, and made this a really special vacation!

Post-Deployment Much-Needed Vacation!

From the very beginning, Andy has been a complete pleasure to work with. His communication has been top notch from initial consultation up until after the cruise where we received a thank you card. To me, that is top notch customer service. We ran into a minor snag while on the cruise (on the cruises end) and he made sure we were well taken care of while on board. I have been recommending him left and right when people begin asking me about my vacation. He made sure we had access to the best excursions if we chose to book them, and was never pushy. Purely incredible. We felt safe and comfortable our entire cruise because of how much Andy checked in on us, made sure we made our excursions and got back to the ship without any issues every time. Our Jungle Adventure

Andy was GREAT! He is everything you want & need in a travel agent. He was communicative to the fullest. He even set his alarm to make sure we were up and heading to the airport on time. He even made himself available while we were in Mexico. Hurricane Ian was quickly approaching the Caribbean & while I was sitting at the pool side bar with a mimosa, Andy was watching the storm and texting me travel updates, and excursion updates. During the booking process, I told Andy that I want relaxing and my husband wanted adventure. Andy knew to recommend the Riviera Maya area of Mexico because ANDY KNOWS MEXICO- get yourself a travel agent that has traveled to the places he is recommending. Andy sent us 4 locations on the Riviera Maya & we selected Playa Del Carmen & it didnt disappoint as we found Adventure through jungle tours & 5th Ave & I found relaxation at our resort! Best Dominican republic trip ever

I would like to start off by saying that leaving the country was a huge step for my daughter and I. So I reached out to Andy and talked with him about wanting to visit the Dominican Republic and what fit our budget. Andy made sure that he walked us through each step from leaving through customs, flight times and delays, making she the proper paperwork was submitted on both ends. Once we reached our resort Dreams by Onyx we found out that we were booked as Preferred guest. Everything was basically private even areas on the beach. When we checked in they took us to a private room that consisted of drinks and food just for us. We also had our own personal concierge name Ely Jesus. Between Andy and Ely everything was perfect. Our room had a perfect view of the oceans, food, excursions and people were great throughout the trip. Andy is very personable and cares about giving our family the best experience, price and memories. Thank you Andy I wish I could upload some of our pictures.

His attention to all of the details was a great comfort. When I struggled with some of the electronic documents, he was incredibly understanding & took the time to not only print all of the materials but also to deliver them to me because of the timing. From our very first interaction, I was impressed with his interpersonal skills, prompt attention & responsiveness to every inquiry . 28th Wedding anniversary trip

We were so happy with our Travel experience through Andy. He arranged a cruise for us and several friends and family, aboard the Royal Caribbean Quantum of the Seas in a Balcony Cabin. All the arrangements were made timely, and he shared an app with us called “Trip Plans”, that was over the top helpful! He put every single detail that we might need for our trip on the app, with links and extra helpful info. It was So nice to relax and just enjoy the trip without all the fuss! He even thought of things that I hadn’t thought of, like knowing the best spot on the ship within our price range that was comfortable, and that took into account things like distance to the spa and dining areas. Our cabin didn’t have any other cabins opening up across the hall from us, so our corridor was very quiet! Andy was so helpful and never tired of my million questions. He is a very patient agent with so much knowledge, can’t wait to book our next trip with him!

Experience of a Lifetime!

I had the opportunity of a lifetime — courtesy of Phillips Cruises and Tours and Saltwater Sunsets Travel — to tour Whittier, Alaska, by coach bus, and the Prince William Sound aboard a catamaran called the Klondike Express. My excursion was booked by Andy with Saltwater Sunsets, and from start to finish the experience was five stars. Alaska is so indescribably breathtaking, I felt like I was on another planet while on this excursion. I went into my excursion expecting to see beautiful glaciers calving, and not only did we see 26 glaciers on our trip and witness sheets of ice elegantly breaking off and falling from the 500 foot shelves of ice, we saw sea otters swimming and hanging out on floating blocks of ice, bald eagles, whales, porpoises, and a black bear. The 26 Glacier Cruise followed the route of the 1899 Harriman Expedition, cruising the calm waters of Prince William Sound, where we had the surreal opportunity to view glaciers and wildlife up close.

The best and most needed getaway

Andy was absolutely phenomenal when it came to every aspect of our trip. We booked this cruise during a previous cruise, and Andy helped with everything thereafter to include finding us flights. He recommended the BEST all inclusive resort excursion (Paradise Beach in Cozumel) which was incredible. Some of the best food and drinks we have ever had. Andy was always one message away when we needed anything that had to do with our trip. He recommended travel insurance, which I am so glad he did because I had to be seen on the ship for a medical issue which resolved very quickly. He was very quick in answering any questions and was very knowledgeable in everything Royal Caribbean. We already booked a trip for 2025 on Wonder of the Seas, and can't wait to see what great excursions he recommends for those ports. Thanks Andy!!
