Karen is very attentive to our needs. She is very thorough in planning out our vacation and very knowledgeable. She thinks of things that I didn’t think of. She plans our everything from start to finish.

She was very patient and was able to provide good feedback on the places we were looking at. I was impressed with her knowledge and ability to ask the right questions to find a good fit for our family.

Karen is simply amazing! I have worked with her on a multitude of trips and she is always up for the challenge. She is detail oriented, calm, value wise and kind. She has an unbelievable capacity for details and her depth of industry knowledge is great!!

She provided our travel documents in plenty of time before our trip, and sent us a friendly reminder about paying our final bill. The resort we stayed at (Excellence El Carmen) exceeded our expectations.

Karen did a exceptional job on planning our Rhine river cruise. She is very helpful, informative, easy to talk to and available to answer questions. She has plan a few trips for us and each trip has gone of without a problem. She is very detailed and gives you lots of information. She offers many ideas of places to go visit and things to see and do. Keeps in touch with you frequently. Is available to answer your questions whenever. Will be seeing her again soon to plan our next trip.
