Krislanny was so easy to work with! I am not currently living in Minnesota due to school, but I wanted to have a travel agent to help a friend and I go abroad alone for the first time. Krislanny provided pages of restaurants, tours, things to do, and must-know information for being abroad, specifically in Italy. She was very accommodating with the situation we were in, not being able to come to the office to plan the trip. The worst fear as two younger adults traveling came true when our flight was canceled 24 hours before we were to leave. Krislanny was on top of rescheduling our flight, changing our plans to still take a day trip to Venice by booking train rides and extending our stay at our hotel in Florence. I can't imagine not using a travel agent next time I go abroad, and since this was my first time using one myself, she has set my expectations very high for the knowledge from any other agent to the next place I travel!

Walked into the office in Maple Grove and asked for help with booking a family vacation to Cancun. Krislanny introduced herself and told me she would be happy to help. She got our extended family of 10 amazing rates, great flight times, and a fantastic hotel for UNDER our budget! We were so impressed that we had her book a 20 year Anniversary trip for the wife and I. She handled all flights, hotelS, transfers, booked reservations at the best restaurants, and even massages and excursions! Then she sent the full itinerary in a PRINTED folder and mailed it to us! I would have never expected to be treated like a celebrity! Amazing all the way around! I found our travel advisor FOR LIFE!

Family Trip to Europe

Krislanny was great. She helped us plan our trip for four adults to Italy and Switzerland. She was very responsive and willing to take on any part of the planning we asked her to. She made great recommendations for hotels, restaurants and activities. Krislanny provided us with a booklet that had all the tickets, codes and passes we needed to manage our train and other transitions. We had one hiccup with a car that did not show at the airport, and Krislanny worked quickly to get us a refund and reimbursement for the taxi.
