I’m confident in recommending Celebrity to my clients because I have completed the Celebrity Five Star Academy and I’ve personally experienced cruises on the Beyond, Reflection and Equinox ships. Each of them has a different experience but the Beyond was by far my favorite so far. I especially love the new concept of the infinity balconies, and that I can always expect the service to be top of the line.

Excellent service. In Dec.2021 I fell and broke my femur 1 day before a 2 week cruise. Dana took care of all shipboard details also all insurance details. I received my full remibursements before I left rehab. She was fabulous. This Oct I fell while onboard and broke a bone in my shoulder She is again handling all details. I have another cruise booked with her and expect to make this cruise memorable because of Dana.

Dana has helped us to book several all inclusive vacations. Her recommendations have all been awesome! She covers all of the bases from start to finish. My husband and I WILL be using her for all of our future vacations! She gave us some options for 2014 but due to circumstances we were unable to go that year. We will be booking with Dana in 2015 for sure.

Dana has performed exceptionally planning Christmas ski vacations for our family of 7 over the last 3 years. She made excellent recommendations for places and activities for everyone in the family, ranging in age from 3 to 73. Our oldest granddaughter was 3 when she took her first ski lessons and loves them. All the guidance, considerations and recommendations by Dana have been wonderful. She listens, communicates clearly and is always timely with her follow up and care for our trips. We have such confidence in her we are now planning a trip to Europe with Dana as our Planner.

Dana Kelley is an outstanding travel agent. She is well informed, quick to get back to you when you have questions, reliable with information, and always courteous. She fulfills requests speedily and always seems extremely well informed. Even over cancellations or changed plans, she is helpful and offers alternatives. I do not believe that I have ever had such a competent and assuring travel agent. I would recommend her without question to any of my friends.

Working with Dana has always been stress free. One call and Dana takes care of the details. The first time or two Dana worked us through the process of cruising. Now that we've been on 8 cruises through Dana we know what to expect.
Recently we have determined that we like to get to the cruise port a day early and Dana always finds us accommodations that meet our expectations.

11 years ago we were planning a Mexico trip for our wedding anniversary. One of my coworkers gave me Dana's information an told me of the great experience she had. Just wanted to say THANKS for setting up our Secrets Riviera Maya vacation. We had an awesome time on our 40th anniversary even though it rained the first four days, but had a great time in spite of that. It was everything you said and more. The food was great, staff unbelievable and the drinks weren’t bad either. We are now believers in “all Inclusives”. We will definitely do this again in the future, and contact you for other suggestions.
