I utilize my resources to provide a very organized and detailed outline which includes travel dates, destinations, and preferences, and then suggests activities, accommodations, and transportation options that match their criteria. As the itinerary builder, I often recommend popular tourist attractions, restaurants, and events in the destination, based on user preferences, and provide information such as opening hours, ticket prices, and reviews from other travelers. Overall, my job is to makes trip planning easier, more efficient, and more personalized, ensuring my travelers make the most of their time and enjoy a memorable experience.

Tatyana was the most kind and patient I have ever worked with. She was super communicative and went above and beyond for my needs to be met. I had a credit card issue upon purchasing and was worried about it after contacting the cruise company myself and she made sure they made the necessary changes in a timely manner. Additionally, upon requesting a certain room feel and idea, she made sure to provide that while meeting all my other needs. Even while on the cruise ship, Tatyana reached out to make sure we had everything we needed and felt comfortable. I really like her attention to detail, from scheduling transportation to a from the cruise to reminding me what to pack, I felt very prepared for my trip and did not have anything to complain about regarding her and her service. For the price paid, I had an amazing experience and visited 3 new countries that I haven’t visited! I LOVVVVVVVED IT!

We had a very complex group with 27 different itineraries of international travelers joining us for an event in the US. I can't even imagine how we would have made it all work without Tatyana's help! She was such a great communicator, responsive, helpful, and flexible when we had to make ongoing changes to booked flights due to changes in the traveler's itineraries. She was friendly and patient and always ready to attend our requests. She was very professional and made a very complicated task so much easier. We will absolutely be using Tatyana's services for our future bookings!

Perfect SoCal Getaway

Tatyana booked our flight to San Diego as well as our stay at Kona Kai Resort and Spa. The resort was beautiful on a little island with ocean views on both sides. It was located in the heart of SD, so we were able to walk everywhere- Sunset Cliffs, La Jolla, Downtown, Balboa Park. Leading up to the trip, Tatyana kept me informed about the weather forecast so I could pack accordingly, and the excursions SD has to offer. I have already recommended Tatyana’s services to my family and friends. I can’t wait to book a trip with her again!!

Tatyana was hands on throughout the entire process . She helped me with choosing excursions ,with also making sure we chose something that was suitable for me . Tatyana was truly amazing. We wanted to do a 3 island hop and Tatuanna made that happen. She arranged the transportation between the islands and provided options for excursions.
