Velia was a pleasure to work with for our Disney trip. She was extremely knowledgeable of all of the ins and outs of the resort, transportation, parks, attractions, etc. Not only did she put all of the pieces together before the trip, but during the trip she was there to answer our questions, move around reservations and even able to help us reschedule a delayed flight (as we are in full panic mode!) I cannot imagine trying to plan the trip like this on my own and am grateful to have had her help 😊

We had a wonderful time in Disney World! At the start of planning, we had no experience with Disney and didn't know where to begin. Velia was a wealth of knowledge and provided insight and options in a way that was upbeat and not overwhelming for us. We planned a wonderful experience with her help. On the day of our departure, our flights to Orlando were cancelled due to mechanical issues, weather, and things out of anyone's control. Velia immediately stepped in and spent time problem solving and giving us valuable advice. It was because of her help that we made it to Disney World eventually and even got our trip extended. It worked out wonderfully in the end and we had the best of times! It will be a trip that will provide us and our kids with happy memories for many years! We are already nostalgic!

Velia did a FANTASTIC job planning our trip to Disney. We celebrated my son David's 33rd birthday at Magic Kingdom! He got his autograph book filled out cover to cover..which was his goal of the trip 🤩 We visited all 4 parks and had perfect weather the entire week! Our stay at the All Star Movies Resort was magnificent ! The staff were so friendly and accommodating always being sure our stay was comfortable . The room service was always speedy and the in room Disney Echo box answered many of our questions and made room service easy. The schedule and flow of our trip fell into place perfectly ! This is our second trip to Disney planned by Velia . We will continue to use this easy, convenient and accommodating travel service in the future !

Velia was amazing at planning our little getaway for my husband and I to Universal in Orlando! The most amazing part was when the park didn't allow us to get early Park access (when we were supposed to because we were staying at a sponsored hotel) and she called them right away for us on the spot and cleared it all up and got us in! She is the best! You will not be disappointed!
