We explained thar this would be our first vacation after my sisters passing. So I was anxious and nervous about it. Well she swooped right in and made us very comfortable with our vacation all together. She is very knowledgeable with information, she is very attentive to your needs when planning. She was available when I had any questions or concerns . Overall she is by far the best agent I ever had, not only did we have the best vacation ever. Ana also checked on us to reassure that everything was in place and it was! She even gave us a map out of the trip and hotel amenities. Talk about great service! Ana is awesome at her job. We definitely will book with her from now on!

Ana was such a wonderful and vital component to ensuring our family had the best vacation! I've been on Disney cruise lines before and do a decent amount of research, but have always missed the mark in choosing a room. For the first time not only did we have to connecting balcony staterooms but they were in a quiet space with minimum movement and a perfect view of castaway kay! Ana also eased my fears of the covid 19 process and walked me through all the paperwork/QR codes etc. Also, we had an issue where we had to swap out a member of the team and she helped make the process so smooth. Excellent recommendations for excursions and experiences. Communication was effortless, clear, and punctual. Ana is adept and flexible with calls, texts, emails, and in-person meetups.
