Shannan planned a trip to Disneyland for our extended family. The hotels she chose were great & I didn't have to lift a finger. She was always close by to answer questions and problem solve.

She exemplifies the epitome of customer service, going out of her way to make sure that vacationers get exactly what they want. Shannon did an excellent job helping us plan our trip-even late night questions that would pop up, we'd message her not expecting to hear back immediately, but wait--she answered right then every time, always helping to ease our concerns and making things the best they could be. It had been more than 20 years since I had been to Disneyworld. A lot has changed in that time. Shannan was extremely helpful with getting all of the pre trip details (magic bands, fast passes, etc.) taken care of. Had it not been for her I might not have gotten all of that taken care of on time. Also, we were traveling with a granddaughter who is battling cancer. As soon as we reached Orlando, she wound up in the hospital. Shannan saw that on Facebook, and arranged for flowers and a gift to be waiting in her hotel room when she returned. It really brightened her day. Shannan's thoughtfulness and attention to detail went way beyond what she was required to do.
