So accommodating, so knowledgeable, and such a fun trip. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we had to book the same trip three times and Heather was always there and always very patient with us. She kept in touch during the trip to make sure everything was going well and, when we asked her a question during the trip, she made sure to respond as quickly as possible, putting our vacation worries to rest.
