Cruising into picturesque Bourg-sur-Gironde
The Danube, Rhine, Mosel and Douru are all famous European rivers easily navigated on a small luxurious river cruise ship. It's an ideal way to see a snapshot of many countries and cities all famous in their own way. Budapest, Vienna, Salzburg, Strasbourg- any season is perfect to view these famous historical places.
I have been fortunate to travel on many luxury river cruise ships, and can create a perfect itinerary to fit clients' lifestyles and dream destinations. Each cruise line is unique and one size does not fit all. Pre and post cruise options are varied and fascinating and a great way to extend a trip in Europe.
River cruise ships can be unlimited luxury in an unfussy relaxed manner. You only unpack once, excellent wine and beer are served at lunch and dinner. You can enjoy a wonderful array of included excursions for all levels of fitness. Did I mention Happy Hour every evening on board.
If your interest is castles then Germany along the Rhine is spectacular. If famous wines are a must then a Bordeaux cruise is the one for you.
The Danube at night is picture perfect with twinkling lights along the river. Buda on one side and Pest on the other with the dramatic Parliament building right alongside.
Egypt is a wonderful destination with a cruise down the Nile. Magnificent Pyramids in Cairo, Valley of the Kings in Luxor, with centuries old burial suites of the Pharaohs. The remake of "Death on the Nile movie" has wonderful photography of the Nile.
You can even do back to back cruises on different rivers. One airfare and one suitcase and you are good to go. I can design any river cruise trip with an independent Europe stay to a city or country of your choice. I love to design perfect vacations with every detail taken care of.

Pauline was great in many ways! She was very responsive to our barrage of questions. We gave her an outline of what we were looking for, and she filled in the details perfectly, even adding another stop that we hadn't though of. She was able to pivot and make a few changes that came up as the months went on between our booking and our trip. And she always made sure we had the latest detailed copy of our two week, four city itinerary. Thank you, Pauline!

Working with Pauline was easy and enjoyable! We told Pauline when and where we needed to start our trip to visit our son in Europe and she took it from there. The hotels, excursions and restaurant suggestions were wonderful. We had a few changes to the initial itinerary and Pauline made all changes we requested. Using Skyland World Travel was easiest way for us to do Europe and our trip was just wonderful. The cell phone app with itineraries and travel plans was also an added bonus! I would highly recommend Pauline for you travel needs.

My experience working with Pauline was nothing short of amazing. I came to her with a half-thought-out trip and a group of girls who were anxious to go to Scotland but had no idea where to start. Pauline handled everything--seemingly effortlessly!--and within a few short months planned the trip of a lifetime for me and my friends! It was all right under our original budget, too!Everything about the trip was perfect, from the accommodations we stayed in to the number of tours she planned and the pace of the tours throughout the trip. Simply put, Pauline thought of everything. At one point, we even began referring to her as the fairy godmother of our trip! We could not have planned this trip without her and are so grateful for everything she did to make it possible!
My friends and I are already talking about planning a return trip, and while we don't know when that trip will be, we do know our first phone call will be to Pauline!

My family recently took a trip to Greece. It was one of the best trips we have ever taken. It would not have been the awesome experience, without the expertise of Pauline. She listened to what we were looking for in our vacation and she delivered everything and more. This was our first time travelling overseas and I was a bit nervous. A "Hit the Highlights" tour of an amazing part of

Pauline was fantastic. On very short notice she was able to pull together a three country itinerary to Egypt, Jordan and Israel. I usually plan my trips myself, but being very unfamiliar with this part of the world, I thought it best to get help. I gave Pauline my parameters: private guide, moderately priced, action packed and fast paced. We had only 10 days, and wanted to maximize our time abroad. Within a day or so she provided a complete itinerary for my review. The tour company that she used was very easy to deal with and was completely amenable to making changes along the way. The guides and drivers that we had in each location were super and absolutely enhanced the trip. I now have a different view of using an agent for my travel needs. In the future, I will definitely call on Pauline to arrange my trips for me.

Time of our lives in London & Paris

We didn't know what we wanted--just that we wanted to go to Paris and London. Pauline was knowledgeable, patient, and informative as we processed through our decisions so that we enjoyed some excursions with a tour and balanced it with planning our own events. She was very responsive to our questions around some additional sites we did on our own.She even tipped us off to some sale luggage (50% plus 20% off!) that was lighter weight and easier to travel with than our outdated luggage. We LOVED our trip! Four days in London, Four days in Paris and the Eurostar in-between. Accommodations were first-rate!

We planned a trip to Australia in 6 weeks and she quickly and promptly got our itinerary set. She worked with us to make sure we had a trip we wanted, although she made some great suggestions for activities based on her experience. She made sure we stayed within budget and was very aware of this for us, always giving us pricing options and letting us know ahead of time what the cost was going to be. There were no hidden costs when we worked with Pauline. She was easily available to us and checked in during our trip to see how we enjoyed it. She made sure to get our visas in a timely manner, which was difficult seeing as we planned the vacation in 6 weeks. She provided us with details about what we were going to be doing each day, but made sure we were ok with everything she had planned. When we asked for changes in the itinerary, there was no hassle while working with Pauline, she made sure everything was promptly taken care of. She is a fabulous agent!
