Our family has taken two trips to Disney World with Jennifer, and her tips, planning, and expertise have made our trips run so smoothly! She gave us itineraries that cut down wait times, helped us navigate online ride reservations, found us the best restaurants for our food allergies, and was able to get one of our rooms changed at check in so that our group could be closer together. My family has worked with Jennifer Harris for over a dozen trips by land and sea. Jennifer cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to ensure that every trip is the “best trip ever”. Jennifer gets to know your family so that trips reflect age, disability and other family needs. Jennifer’s work on your trip does not end when you leave your home to go. Jennifer checks in with clients and makes herself available if there is a need. Jennifer saved our trip once when the destination messed up our reservations. Jennifer was able to handle the matter on our behalf so that we could continue with our planned activities. While on a trip Jennifer had snagged us last minute reservations when we wanted to change a meal or activity. I have referred others to Jennifer and they always receive the same care. Jennifer does this and more and she always does it with skill, care and joy.
