Booking a major trip is exciting, but it can also be a bit overwhelming. I understand. Travel is my passion! I have traveled to Walt Disney World without kids, and also when my kids were babies, toddlers, children, tweens and teens! My husband and I have 3 daughters and we love taking them to Disney World along with Disneyland, Disney Cruises and Aulani located on Oahu. We have also traveled to Mexico, and Universal Orlando several times. We love traveling together and reconnecting as a family. I started helping my friends plan their Disney vacations and soon they were referring me to friends of friends. Being a Travel Agent was a perfect career choice and now that I am an agent with Magical Moments Vacations it is a dream come true! I feel blessed to be able to help families create memories to last a lifetime! I treat all my client's vacations as if they were my own. Even when you aren't thinking about your vacation I probably am! I am honored to have worked with so many wonderful people and I look forward to working with you!

Kathleen was very knowledgeable and helpful when planning our first family trip to Disney World. Every question was answered (along with related information we hadn’t even thought about)!! What was so amazing was that so much of her knowledge came from personal experience. She had great recommendations, tips and advice based from her own trips and passed it ALL along to us. She was so quick to reply to emails and did everything she could to make this trip so wonderful and memorable! First Disney Family Experience

Kathleen is a great agent to work with! We had our first family vacation to Disney and I was as nervous as all get out because there is so much information and so many details that go along with it. Kathleen really helped in explaining every little detail of our trip and what had to be done, helped book our meals, went over the rides with me to prep for booking fast passes, and was available when I had questions while on our trip. All of that really put me at ease once we got down there and I was hands on with what we had planned for everyday. I will absolutely be booking another trip with Kathleen and have already recommended her to family and friends, who also ended up booking Disney trips with her.

Best Golf Trip Ever -Pebble Beach

Kathleen worked around 8-10 of us to get us on our Golf trip to Pebble Beach this summer. She took care of everything and I mean everything. Golfing, Rooms, our visits to Napa and Sonoma. Flights, etc. She knew our trip better than we did. In fact, we asked her to handle our return trip for next year

Kathleen was super helpful in helping us plan a magical trip to Disney! From the right days to visit the parks to tips and tricks to the character meals that fit our family best - she had all the answers. There is so much information out there about Disney it can be a bit overwhelming. Having her "cheat sheets" and tips or answers with a quick email it made the trip a lot less stressful so we could really relax and enjoy ourselves.

I have worked with Kathleen for the last 2 years and have been highly satisfied with the service she provided for my 3 family trips.In Aug 2018 she planned a river cruise on the Rhine river from Amsterdam, Netherlands to Bern, Switzerland. Wonderful trip!
In December of 2018 she planned a trip to Disney World for my extended family of 13. Kathleen coordinated everything. Airline tickets, Disney World accommodations, dining plans, park tickets and fast pass reservations. My whole family had a great time thanks to her knowledge and planning and that made the trip the best ever.
In early January 2020 I asked her to plan a Disney Cruise for my extended family of 11. Again her planning and organizing of the trip to was superb and made for a great time for all the different ages of my family. The cruise was an amazing experience

Kathleen nailed our Golf Trip to Pebble Beach! We had a large group, and she coordinated everything perfectly. Our group had preffered tee times, dinner arraignments and even local points of interest including great reccomendations of where to grab breakfast in Carmel. I looked at booking this directly, however using Kathleen was not only the same price it was hands off on all of our parts. The best part was Kathleen made all the calls to the Resort, coordinated all of our payment information and sent us all confirmation numbers in a professional document. It's apparent that Kathleen has a passion for providing exceptional customer service. I'll be using Kathleen's services again in the future for all vacation planning. TY Kathleen!

From the first conversation, Kathleen asked specific questions about what we wanted for our family vacation and delivered specific, targeted location options which we didn't get from our previous agent. Kathleen created a working itinerary which she added to as our planning progressed. Every step of the way, I could see what we were missing, what to add, as well as the cost.
When you're traveling with 7 people, from 2 starting locations, to another country, including 5 children, there is a lot to worry about. Thanks to Kathleen, we had a full itinerary with contact information as a backup, should anything go wrong. I don't know how, but with 3 legs of airfare, and multiple transportation changes, nothing went wrong.
Kathleen even got us upgraded at our resort, which was amazing for the whole family.
We are forever grateful for our family vacation, but it could not have happened without Kathleen's help. Truly a great experience working with her.

This was our 2nd time booking a family trip with Kathleen, she is extremely knowledgeable about Disney in general, the parks, hotels, restaurants, and how to best navigate it all to enjoy the experience and magic! She is great to interact with and always returns emails and phone calls as soon as possible. I had so many questions leading up to our trips - Kathleen was very patient with answers and addressing all my concerns, always reassuring me I was never bothering her. Even when I emailed Kathleen and she was on vacation herself, she took the time to respond. When we needed to make time sensitive reservations for excursions, etc., Kathleen woke up at midnight to be first in line to book them on our behalf with no hesitation. This level of service can only be achieved by someone who cares about giving the best possible experience for their clients. For all these reasons and more Kathleen is a Rockstar! We are going to book another trip next year and will 100% use Kathleen again.

Working with Kathleen for our honeymoon was an absolute dream throughout the entire process. Before contacting Kathleen, we struggled to find a travel agent that would both respect our budget AND help us find our perfect destination. Kathleen not only was incredibly respectful of our budget (which was a difficult task considering we were traveling during the holidays), but she helped us find Sandals Curaçao- which was so far beyond what we even dreamed. We had a fantastic time! The resort was modern, clean, and had so much to offer the kids and adults. It is definitely the best place to be for families and diamond club for sure is the way to go. The activities, amenities, and people were so accommodating and so lovely. The trip from start to finish was so seamless.Your services and the vendors you connected us with to and from the hotel were so kind to us and on point. We ended up doing two excursions set up through amstar. The atv and zip lining and the the snorkeling and swimming with sharks and the stingrays. We used the waterproof phone cases you gave us and the kids got fantastic video from underwater. I would have never thought to purchase those! Thank you thank you for setting this all up, it made the trip that much easier and enjoyable to just show up and follow your detailed instructions!

Kathleen is an amazing vacation planner. She was very knowledgeable and had all the tricks/tips to help us get the most for our money without skimping on anything. We were able to enjoy everything and visited each park twice for the rides we wanted to experience again. She was quick to respond to any questions and made sure we had the best time possible.
