My passion for travel started at very young age. Growing up in Staten Island New York I was always fascinated with ocean-liners of the time. I still remember my father taking me to the piers in Manhattan, visiting ocean-liners such as Holland America Line’s, Rotterdam and Home Lines, Oceanic. I was fortunate enough to take my first cruise at the age of 16 on Norwegian Cruise Lines, MS. Sunward II - it was a three night cruise to the Bahamas and a beginning of an endless desire for travel.
Whether preparing a family cruise in the Caribbean, a group tour in Europe, or a honeymoon in Hawaii, I make sure that everything goes perfectly from beginning to end.

It was my pleasure to have Louis as my travel agent. He planned my cruise perfectly. The cruise at a great price, hotel room the night before, transportation to the hotel and to the port. Only thing he couldn't have planned was Hurricane Irma. Louis stayed in contact with me during the cruise to make sure I was safe. He was diligent in tracking our ship and Irma, to secure me a flight home as soon as we were able to port. He had to change my flight 5 times because of the aftermath of Irma. All of this he did as a courtesy to a client. He is the example of what all travel agents should be. Louis did a fantastic job planning our travel and hotel accommodation. The hotel he recommended was very nice, reasonably priced for the area, and comfortable. He kept us up to date on any/all changes as they occurred, and addressed all questions and concerns we had before and during our trip. Carnival Cruise leaving from Miami - we traveled with multiple households in our family and Louis coordinated everything perfectly. He quickly responded to any questions that we had and explained everything perfectly. Our cruise was in January and there was a snow storm coming to Michigan. Louis took the time to contact me and make sure all of us where able to get on a flight to Miami before the storm hit. I will continue to work with Louis for our future travel needs.

He called a few days before we departed to make sure we had filled out all our papers and if there was anything he could help us with. After returning he called to see haw we enjoyed our trip and if we had any complaints. He went over and above for us. A great first cruise experience!

Louis takes care of providing many details that we otherwise would not have known. He took care of booking a stateroom for us that was on the "best" side of the ship for use of the balcony on this trip (not sure if it was a 50/50 thing or a Louis thing, but I'd go with Louis! We got to see the skyline in Miami instead of staring at the port. He also put us midship for a first cruise in case we experienced any seasickness---we didn't. He emailed us several times before the cruise to remind us of all kinds of things: excursions, how to pack, what to bring, what NOT to bring, when to pay, etc. He even provided an email explaining a fee change that was made that impacted our trip, which gave us the chance to make the decision that was best for us. Best of all: chocolate covered strawberries awaiting us in our stateroom when we embarked! Louis is a class act all the way!
