Working with Jennifer was a great experience. She was in contact with us every step of the way. Was very reassuring knowing we had her helping us. Did not just sell a package and send us on our way.

We have used Jenny for 2.5 Disney trips (two completed and one on the way) and most recently our trip to Ireland and Scotland. We are experienced travelers ourselves, but even with our background, we find that using Jenny helps take a lot of the pre-trip stressors off our plate. At the very least, she’s a third brain and set of eyes to make sure we aren’t overlooking anything important, especially with the ever-changing COVID guidelines and restrictions. But at the very most, she has brought us a lot of “Oh! I didn’t think of that!” “That’s a good idea.” “Ok, this is worth the money and this isn’t” and especially a lot of, “Our vacation is coming up and we feel so prepared and excited!” On our Ireland trip, she helped us know in advance we can order a box of COVID tests from a certain company, and that if we left them unopened and clicked on a certain link from the comfort of our hotel, we could have our required COVID test proctored on line 24 hours before re-entry.

Jennifer was amazing! She made planning this trip infinitely easier for me and was thorough and thoughtful. She made sure we had transfers ready at each destination and was available throughout the trip to help troubleshoot any issues that came up. She went above and beyond in helping with cancelled and delayed flights. We had a complicated, multiple country trip for ten people with three different return dates and location and she made it all seamless. I highly recommend working with Jennifer!

Jenny was incredibly helpful and super responsive to even the smallest requests. I felt a lot more confident going into the trip knowing I had my questions answered and that someone with more knowledge about the parks was able to make recommendations about how to structure our day.

The Princess Breakfast Adventure was expensive but worth it for so many intimate character interactions. We loved scheduling our trip to include so many weekdays in the park because that meant fewer crowds in the park especially in the morning. It was a good balance for us to spend two days in Disneyland and just one day in DCA because I don't think we needed more than one day in DCA. The hotel was a really convenient walking distance from Disneyland and had a really awesome water park area. It needed a little updating but for the price we are happy with what we got!

Working with Jennifer to book our Sedona/Grand Canyon trip was an amazing decision. I’ll never travel any other way. I was able to be fully present with my family as we took in the Grand Canyon’s South Rim and the sights of Bell Rock and Sedona AZ. When our flight home was delayed, with just a text, Jennifer swooped into action and booked us on an earlier, on time flight. Memories of this trip will last each of us a lifetime!
