2016 SUMMER VACATION IN PUNTA CANA
"Thanks Tina! We had a fantastic time in Punta Cana. We loved the resort. We were upgraded to the VIP section of the resort which had its own private pool and bar. Amazing room and place. We enjoyed all the specialty restaurants. My husband could wear shorts to the restaurants. No dress code. Also no dinner reservations. It was reservation free! We ate at the specialty restaurants every night. That was very nice. We went to the buffet for breakfast which was delicious also. fresh mangos. Omelettes made the way you want them The Michael Jackson show and the International show were good along with the drinks. Beach was beautiful! Lots of chairs. We had a great time! Thanks again!!" Always Wonderful with Tina!

I have booked several trips with Tina and the experience is always simple, stress-free and the trip is always wonderful! She is excellent at recommending resorts that fit what I am looking for and always provides a couple options with pros/cons to consider. I have only had an issue one time (not her fault) and she worked very quickly to resolve it. Tina also recommended destinations in Italy when we were planning our honeymoon, so her knowledge of fabulous places goes well beyond the Caribbean. I will keep booking through Tina and would recommend her to anyone!

Italy - A trip of a lifetime!

Tina was thorough , patient and detail oriented while working with us to plan our trip. Then she met with me personally to deliver the travel documents (in a leather bound book) and took the time to review the details and give me LOTS of tips. Tina Kennedy helped us plan a February, 2019 trip to Secrets Cap Cana and she sure picked a winner! The weather was perfect and the beach just beautiful. Tina was excellent throughout the travel booking process. She provided a full review of the property and kept me informed of any change or adjustments as we went along. She contacted the resort in advance and made sure all honeymoon amenities were taken care of prior to our arrival.
She also has a thorough understanding of what we were looking for in a resort and uses her experience to assist us in finding the best resort that meets our needs. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Tina to friends and colleagues. She was outstanding.

We had everything set in stone pre Covid and when Covid hit we had to change our plans around many times. The most amazing Honeymoon!

We had a great experience with Tina. She helped us plan our honeymoon to Maui and we knew nothing about the island. She was very helpful giving us the best hotel options and popular areas to stay. She also had great suggestions on what kind of activities there were available on the island and planned the ones we chose to do for us. Every time the airlines made changes in our flight times she was very prompt in updating us with the change. Upon arrival to the resort everything went exactly as we planned. There were no misunderstandings or miscommunications. This is the kind of experience you hope for when using a travel agent! We couldn't have been happier with the entire experience and would recommend Tina to anyone. We will definitely be using her services again in the future!

Tina did a great job of keeping us informed as we planned our trip. This was during a difficult time with travel restrictions and a lot of new protocols to worry about. My trip to Egypt was a trip of a life time and I did not have to worry about any of the Covid changes or any of the extensive travel that it would take to get there because Tina was always making sure I had the latest information. We have booked two diving trips to Mexico through Tina, and every request we had was fulfilled to the smallest detail. Great trip with awesome family time

Tina is wonderful to work with. We gave her an amount that we wanted to spend and she sent us many options to look at. She was very knowledgeable of the different properties. She takes care of all of the booking of hotel, air fair and transportation to and from the airport. She even requested having the hotel decorate our room for my daughters 16th birthday which was very sweet.

Tina is the quintessential Travel Agent! She met with me and shared her travel knowledge of Disney World...what to expect and what our concerns were. She met all our expectations!She kept us in constant communications on all travel arrangements and answered all our questions!
She called us several times to make sure we were all set to go and then called to see how our trip went!
