Hello! My name is Rene' Cittadino and have been in the travel industry since 1999. All your dreams can come true and I'll make sure of it! Travel has always been a passion of mine! I loved it so much, that I had decided to go to college and earn my degree in Travel & Tourism! Every time I am lucky enough to go on a vacation, or a trip to learn more about a destination, I fall more in love with what I do!
Because of the fact that I love what I do, it rarely ever feels like job for me! I get to know my clients on a personal level that keeps them coming back for all of their vacation needs! It is such a great feeling to have repeat clients, and to get referrals from those clients!
Whether it's taking the Family to Disney World, Universal Studios, a Cruise or taking that Adult Only, All Inclusive you have wanted to take forever, I have the knowledge in planning incredible and memorable vacations! I have taken many training courses for all of the individual tour operators over the course of my career. I feel that staying up to date on what is happening is extremely important.

Rene is fantastic. She is very timely in her communication and with her vast knowledge of Disney she ensures we have the most stress free vacations. My sisters first time at Disney

Smoothest Trip Ever!

Rene’ is very knowledgeable about Disney and put me at ease when booking our trip to Disney World. She was readily available and quick to respond to all on my emails and text messages. She offered suggestions on hotels and dining that fit my budget. She really spent time with me over the phone talking about all of my options and I greatly appreciate it!

Our Amazing First Disney Trip

Rene' was amazingly knowledgeable about Disney when I felt like I was in over my head. She is very easy to talk to and relate to. She would spend as much time on the phone with me as I needed and answered any questions that I had, no matter how trivial. She could advise from experience and could relate things that her kids like and didnt like to compare to my kids. She was always available for a talk or text. She even checked on us a few times while we were on the trip to make sure things were going well. She asked that I call her at anytime while on the trip if we needed anything because she really wanted us to have an amazing time. I will definitely use her services again and will reccomend her to others.

Most memorable trip ever!

My fiance and I had originally booked our trip with Rene in 2014 and had to cancel unexpectedly. Rene was super understanding and gave us our money back. She continued to follow up with us several times since then, just so we can experience a great trip to disney world. We were finally able to go in 2019 and Rene helped us plan everything, right down to an unexpected marriage proposal. She is by far the best travel agent I've had the pleasure of working with and would recommend her to everyone. She goes out of her way to ensure that you have a great trip and will follow up to make sure everything is to your satisfaction.
