Robbin was invaluable in assisting with coordinating a wonderful family trip to Greece that included traveling to Mykonos, Santorini and Athens. I experienced a previous cruise that Robbin had organized and knew how thorough she was in making sure everything was coordinated to perfection. I experienced the exact same perfect service. She assisted us by understanding what our goals were for the trip, suggested ideas for hotels, restaurants, sites to see, and tours. She worked with her Greek counterpart to make hotel, restaurant, tour, airline and transportation reservations. She also provided an app that allowed us to see our itinerary as we were traveling. The trip went off without a hitch! I will definitely ask for Robbin's services again and highly recommend her!

Robbin worked with our group of ten for almost two years due to COVID travel restrictions in Canada. Through all the changes she was on top of every detail and kept us well informed. We had a wonderful trip. Every detail perfectly executed from food and drink on the Rocky Mountaineer train to transfers and hotels. Robbin is easy to work with and quick to respond. Highly recommend her as she is well informed on all travel.

Trip of a Lifetime in the Canadian Rockies

My group of good friends talked about where would we all really love to travel? (This was pre-Covid) The unanimous place to travel to was the Rocky Mountains and going by train was believed to be the best way to go. Robbin has very successfully helped us with a few trips, so we talked with her about our dream trip. And I’ll tell you…she really helped us plan a great itinerary for this adventure! After our initial trip was planned Covid came along and our trip was cancelled, or postponed as it turned out. Robbin kept us informed and appraised of all the travel changes and the trip remained within our reach thanks to her! And along the way, once we actually were able to take the trip, if we had any questions or concerns, Robbin was available to answer and guide us. It was truly a trip I will forever remember and our group had a fantastic time! Thank you to Robbin! Grateful to have your wonderful skills to plan with us and for us.

Our group traveled to Paris from Minneapolis, MN in mid September 2023. Robbin planned a most wonderful trip for us in all aspects! She made sure we knew of the best sights to see and how to get around the city. The dinner cruise on the river was fabulous and so much fun! From the start (which is usually just crazy ideas that my husband and I have for travels) Robbin is so responsive, organized, and creates CUSTOM trips catered to your travel goals. The Most Magical Honeymoon Trip in Italy & Greece!

My husband and I had a wonderful honeymoon this past September traveling to Venice, Lake Como, Athens, Mykonos, & Santorini. The trip blew us away and exceeded all of our expectations! From start to finish, working with Robbin was an absolute pleasure.Robbin assembled a comprehensive itinerary for us to review that was catered specifically to our interests. Every detail Robbin organized was perfect- from flights, ferry's, trains, transfers, hotels, restaurants, & tours! We enjoyed every second of the trip thanks to her great suggestions and organization. An added bonus was having our entire trip itinerary on an app on our phone. We saw 5 different cities in a 2 week span, and the travel was a breeze thanks to Robbin! We cannot thank her enough for all of her help and assistance along the way. Robbin was wonderful to work with! We had a few challenges along the way (not the fault of Robbin's) and she was always available and prompt to resolve whatever came us. She also was great with follow-up when we were planning the trip with her and made good suggestions of things to do and see. She also followed up with up immediately after the terrorist attack in Christchurch, New Zealand to ensure we were okay, which was very much appreciated. We would definitely use Robbin's services again!

On our recent trip to Iceland we worked with Robbin to arrange our accommodations and adventure excursions. No easy task on our short time line, with four women and a limited stay.
Robbin was able to accomplish all our wants and needs while keeping us in the center of Reykjavik eliminating our need to rent a vehicle.
Having all these stress factors dealt with created a relaxed, enjoyable, and worry free vacation.

Traveling with Robbin is always a treat! She takes care of everything and makes the trip so fun and easy! She sent regular updates before the trip along with travel tips. She handled all of our transfers from the airport, hotel, ship and back to the airport. During the cruise she was attentive to dinner reservations and fun things to do on the ship. Robbin was most helpful especially when I had questions before the trip regarding trip insurance and accommodations on the ship. She also was available when our original Delta flight to Amsterdam was cancelled on May 10th. She went the extra mile to help us during this dilemma
by contacting the ship to let them know that we would have a late arrival.
Perhaps, in the future I would let Princess schedule the flight and therefore, they would handle the problem.

Seeing the Nirthern Lights has been a dream of mine for some time. When I searched the best possible place to see them Iceland popped up. 3 of my best girlfriends decided to take the adventure with me. We contacted Robbin to help us plan. Robbin planned our trip to Iceland and it was perfect from beginning to end. From the accommodations to tours to transfers she did it all and left no stone unturned. My husband and I were part of a group of 14 that worked with Robin. Although we did not deal directly with her except on housekeeping things, i.e. passport info, insurance, paperwork, etc., the work she did for our group as a whole was outstanding. She always kept us up to date on specials that came up that might interest the group. She was always prompt with answers to questions we had. She had helpful suggestions and ideas when we struggled with choices for land excursions, etc. All in all, she was wonderful and I would not hesitate to recommend her to to anyone, even someone who is a control freak and finds it difficult to relinquish control on decisions to other people.
