Hi! My name is Mercy and I absolutely love being a travel planner! I sarted in 2013 when I realized how much joy I got from helping my friends and family help plan their vacations. I said to myself, wait a second I could do this for a living!
I have been traveling since I was 13 years old. I have extensive knowledge in several different areas. However my expertise is in Disney Vacations. I have traveled to Disney World over 300 times and have booked over 100 clients. I have sailed on 4 different Disney Cruises and have visited Disneyland 4 times. I love making magical vacations possible for all types of budgets.
I also do a lot of Universal Orlando vacations. I have also visited Universal over 50 times and i have stayed several times at all their on property resorts.
I also have experience in booking cruises and All-Inclusive trips to the Caribbean. I have traveled to the Dominican Republic 5 times. I have stayed in the Nickelodeon Gourmet Inclusive Resort in Punta Cana twice. I am a Certified Karisma Travel Agent.

Mercy goes above and beyond. She not only puts together packages for any budget but also sends you countless tips in order to make your trip amazing. She checks in with me before and after the trip to make sure all went well. She is just amazing.

Help with Our First Disney Cruise

Mercy helped me plan my most recent Disney Cruise in March 2022. She spent well over 2hrs on hold to book my cruise then an hour booking the cruise. I paid for a guaranteed indoor cabin and after I ended up with 2 deluxe ocean view and connecting rooms. All we asked for was connecting rooms, this was such a huge surprise. Then when it came down to Covid protocols I was very nervous I had to prepare, Mercy talked me through each step, helped me with my anxiety. She made my trip that much more memorable.

Oh my goodness where do I start! I had the most amazing time. Mercy thought of EVERYTHING. She told me how to manage my time and her hacks kept me out of long lines at The places we visited. Everything from making sure I had the right COVID test to scheduling my excursions to maximize my time and get to see it all. She is amazing.
