Honeymoon

My wife and I used Nancy, to help us book our Honeymoon. She was very friendly, and always able to answer any and all of our questions. She worked with us every step of the way. We were forced to change our Honeymoon options several times due to travel restrictions put into place from Covid-19, she was very patient and understanding working with us. Once my wife and I discussed and decided on Punta Cana, she took care of everything for us, from our airfare, to booking the Secrets Cap Cana resort in Punta Cana. I would also highly recommend the resort to anyone else interested in visiting the Dominican Republic. Everything about this resort was incredible and my wife and I were extremely impressed with the pool, beach, food, service and overall atmosphere. Thanks to Nancy with the overall booking of the resort and airfare as well as the constant communication, my wife and i were able to have the best possible Honeymoon we ever could have dreamt of.

This was my first time working with a travel agent. I was starting to plan a 30th anniversary trip to Bora Bora and was getting overwhelmed. I wanted someone who had first hand experience there to help. I found Nancy through my search on travel leaders and she was wonderful to work with. Twenty-fifth anniversary get-away

My husband and I decided to book a last minute trip to the Caribbean, and we were referred by a friend to Nancy Bender. Nancy was an absolute pleasure to work with! Not only did she deal with us planning a trip on very short notice, but also with our very specific requests for the type of resort, type of room, activities, etc. Nancy worked quickly, diligently, and cheerfully! Communication was excellent with our many questions. Nancy is very knowledgeable and presented great options based on our requests and price category. I highly recommend Nancy and look forward to her planning our next romantic get-away. My husband and I loved allowing the pro to make all of the arrangements for us, because she thought of things we never would have. Nancy even checked on us after we arrived at the resort to make sure our arrival and check-in went well. Same thing after returned home. Customer satisfaction is truly Nancy’s goal.

Nancy was great to work with. I was starting to plan our Anniversary trip to Bora Bora and was getting overwhelmed. I had never used a travel agent before and searched for someone with experience with that location. I was very impressed with Nancy. She made the process very easy and provided good suggestions for us. She was on top of the travel requirements to our location and sent reminders when needed on reserving our seats. She was really on top of things. She also provided our full itinerary on an interactive app which was very easy to use and had all our travel information and vouchers. She even checked in with us while we were there to make sure things were going well. She was easy to communicate with and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely use her again if the need arises and would highly recommend her.

Nancy booked several cabins for us on NCL with "travel with" and "air deviation" Due to ongoing airline issues, we received our flight information only 21 days before departure. NCL split us up on different flights and had my 94-year-old father traveling by himself on the wrong day despite our paying extra for "travel with". I tried unsuccessfully for 2 weeks on the phone for hours at a time to get NCL to fix the problem. I finally decided to contacted Nancy for help. Nancy was in constant contact with NCL for days keeping me informed several times a day on the progress and level of escalation within NCL. In the end, Nancy was able to get NCL to correct the problem and NCL issued new flight confirmations for the correct day and my father no longer flying alone. This trip would have been a complete disaster without Nancy’s help. I highly recommend Nancy.
