I’m the proud owner of Personal Escape, a travel agency that specializes in creating fully customized and unique vacations around the world. Fortunately for us, Susan was on the case from the jump in 2020 with updates, emails, phone calls & text messages. Not a day went by when she did not at least send a comforting message about what to expect and how it would happen. We got our money back amidst frightening stories about travelers likely never see a return of their money from online travel sites who relied on small print legalese to allow them to wiggle out of refunds.
We re-scheduled our 2020 trip for 2021 when Susan's team told her it was ok and, of course, she and her agents took care of every. Single. Detail. Our 12 day trip to Hawaii went without a hitch in April '21. We're in the midst of planning our family trip for 2022 now, as well.

Sweet 16 Celebration

Magical Disney Birthday
For my latest trip we wanted to give my son a memorable Disney birthday and it sure was. Sue was there every step of the way. Disney has so many hotels and packages it can be so overwhelming and stressful. Sue listened to our wishes and handled it from there. Also, I find it important to mention when working with Sue, she is always there to help you…even while on the trip!

We got a full refund of our trip within 30 days, just like Susan promised, while frightening stories were found in the news daily about thousands of travelers who would likely never see a return of their money from well-known online travel sites who relied on small print legalese to allow them to wiggle out of refunds.
