Hello, my name is Melanie Cantrell. I have been a travel agent since 2016 and have personally been on almost thirty cruises.  I would love to help you find the perfect cruise ship and itinerary for your next vacation!!

I am a member of the Cruise Lines International Association and am currently enrolled in their Accredited Cruise Counselor Certification Program. I have also earned the Master of Adventure designation for Royal Caribbean University, Commodore status with the Princess Academy, and my PHD with Norwegian Cruise Line! I have sent many customers on all of the popular cruise lines to all of the popular destinations, and have even planned weddings and anniversary parties on a few!

Great anniversary trip

When planning our 15th anniversary I knew we wanted to do a cruise. I got ahold of Melanie and she took over and did the work for me. It was fast and easy for me. When cruise was delayed she was on top of it letting us know what was going on.

When The Unexpected Happens

Melanie did a great job helping me plan a Bahamas cruise for my family and I. God had other plans though, due to an unexpected death in the family, we decided to cancel our cruise. Melanie was so understanding during this emotional time. She did everything in her power to help get us our money back through the companies we had booked services through (we did purchase cruise insurance). When we are ready to travel again, I will definitely be reaching out to her.
