Meghan was amazing. She worked with us for our original reservations, took care of everything we needed. When COVID happened, she helped us navigate through the changes and getting us rescheduled a couple of times. She helps in every way possible!

Our family of 6 had the best time ever at Disney World Resort. I can't say enough great things about Meghan and the outstanding customer service that she provided from start to finish. She did a great job of assisting with FastPasses, Dinining Reservations, Hotel, and more. She even helped us to retroactively set us up with a special free dining plan offer AFTER our trip was already booked.

Miss Meghan is a delight! I've planned trips to Disney myself several times but decided to try a travel agent this time. What a good idea! My plans changed a few times, things were tweaked and added and through it all Miss Meghan was there to help and make sure everything was as it needed to be. No questions, no anxiety, and no phone calls, Miss Meghan handled it all and was super pleasant always. I can't recommend her enough!

6 of us (including 2 children, all Japanese) took a trip to Universal Studio and Disney World in Florida and none of us had any idea how to navigate both parks. Without Meghan's help, we would have been totally lost and wasted a lot of time and money! Her advice was always kind and precise, and she always gave us multiple options. She knows the parks thoroughly and wrote up very detailed itineraries for us so we were able to follow the guide and experience the most out of the park with just one day for each park! Moreover, when we got to the gate of the Universal Studio, I didn't even know how to get the tickets to get in, so I texted her out of desperation. And she was right there, texted me back right away with information I needed, and told me if I needed her help again, she would get back to me asap. Oh my goodness, I felt so relieved to hear that! Every time I texted her for help, she was right there and got back to me right away with such kindness.

Meghan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the planning of our trip. Her recommendations were spot on. We enjoyed the restaurants she recommended. She was courteous at all times. When I need to plan our next trip to Disney she will be looked for by name to help again. I am very thankful for all her help.

Meghan was amazing. Very responsive. She sent me lists of places and fast passes she personally recommended which helped me a tons. Always checked in to see if there was anything she could help with. And it too it off she sent my daughter a coloring book and a card for her First Holy Communion signed by Princess Ariel which my daughter was thrilled about! Meghan provided my family and I with great insights and advice into planning a trip to the Disney World Resorts. Meghan has been so incredibly helpful in planning our 14 person trip to Walt Disney World. Even though I consider myself a WDW expert for my own trips, I'm not sure I could have pulled off a trip for four separate families traveling together, who wanted to do some things together and some not, on my own. Meghan made it easy! She was even more responsive than I expected her to be and always found out the answers to any questions I had ASAP. She found us a discount to apply even after we had booked and kept us on top of what we needed to do by what dates.
