Glenda was very knowledgeable and responded to our concerns in a timely manner. She is truly gifted when it comes to recommending the right cruise line and the right ship and providing information on excursions.

Glenda served as the travel agent for our family for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. We booked out a year and half during the middle of the pandemic. Glenda guided us through the entire process as separate parties (3) and was available via text, phone or email regarding any concerns that we have. She was always available during her stated time of availability and gave us quality time. Because we traveled in 2022, there were regular emails and updates from our cruise line. She usually alerted us to things before the cruise line did. Glenda made it so much easier and allowed us to feel more confident as we prepared to cruise.

The cruise line lowered prices (they didn't tell us that) and Glenda let us know. She made arrangements to get us a credit based on the type of room that we had. We are able to go on another cruise next summer, pretty much for free based on our credit and the cruise chosen.

I was so freaked out when I called Glenda as I had tried to give another travel agent my itenerary and she waited until it was last minute and never responded (SAVY VACATIONS 4 U) so I called Glenda and she helped me book a flight and car rental and she actually took the time to help me. She was awesome. Not only at booking all the stuff but at calming my fears.

The trip was exciting and very well planned!

Glenda helped us coordinate an Alaska Cruise to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary and my husbands birthday. She did a wonderful job coordinating and securing staterooms for our group of seven. Most importantly, she was able to keep our rooms together even though my husband and I were in a suite.

Glenda kept up with and forwarded every communication from Norwegian. She was quick to respond to our questions - her communications were always open and replies made within or less than 24 hours.

We will definitely use Glenda’s services for our next trip.
