We booked a trip with Beach Monkey Travel and Debbie before the covid shut down. Debbie was able to get us travel vouchers that not only protected our investment but gave us an additional amount for our next stay. She was so patient and kind during all of the uncertainty. I have not traveled much outside of the USA. I was very nervous to try and book a cruise on my own and came across Travel Monkey's phone number. I called and Debbie and Stacie were so helpful. They were always one step ahead of me and made booking the cruise and all of the questions that we had regarding a cruise easy and worry free. I called Beach Monkey to book a large group trip. I literally had 500 questions. She graciously answered every question. She made suggestions that I never thought about. I cannot rave enough about her patience and dedication to make sure I was comfortable. She is an amazing person. You can tell she appreciates her customers. Relaxing in Riviera Maya

I won't vacation without Debbie ever again!! I had been trying to put together a vacation for weeks....rent a house or condo, add flights and rental car. I heard Bubba on the Star 100.7 morning show talk about how easy it was to book through BeachMonkeyTravel.com. I checked out the website and immediately emailed then called her. I told her what I was looking to do and by that night, we had booked our all inclusive vacation in Riviera Maya, Mexico! I couldn't beat the price....and ALL food and adult drinks are INCLUDED!!!! I have a teenage boy,,,,this is a HUGE savings!! Debbie was the most responsive, helpful person I have ever met! She even helped recommend the best excursions for us. Although I know it's not true, I felt like I was her only client!! We received our 'goody bag' from Debbie last week with our itinerary. It's so exciting to know everything has been booked and handled! Debbie is only a phone call away if I have any questions or concerns. Since my booking, I've heard many, many testimonials on the radio, and I, too, have recommended Beach Monkey Travel to my friends.

Disney Trip

I heard about Beach monkey through the Bubba show on 100.7 Star. My husband and I decided we were going to take the kids on a last minute Disney trip (literately in 3 weeks). I called Debbie around 830pm. And shortly later the trip was booked. She tried multiple avenues to get the best deal for our family.
I called her back probably about 10 times with additional questions and she always knew the answer. I highly recommend doing business with her! She was great and past and always willing to help with any questions!

I messaged Debbie at Beach Monkey Travel about a special they where advertising. I had a response within 5 minutes. I asked for help and pricing on booking a cruise and I had information delivered to my email within the hour. Every question or concern that I had was answered professionally. But I think the thing that stands out the most to me was the way I was treated. I felt as if I was very important to her, not just another sale. She was so kind and patient with me with the amount of questions I had. I have never done a cruise before. Not only was she knowledgeable but very kind. We were literally on the phone over an hour and she put my mind to rest. I cant say enough about her. She is my go to person from here out.

I heard about Beach Monkey Travel from Bubba on Star 100.7. I hadn't had much luck with other agents in the area being very interested in taking the time to assist me or take time to find options to meet what I told them I am looking for. You're better off going through someone else/yourself

I expressed up front that I would be celebrating my birthday on my own. The resort she set me up with is over an hour from Punta Cana which I was not aware of (the area is extremely boring and outdated) and meant for families/is extremely low key. At no point was I suggested to stay elsewhere that would make more sense for those exact reasons. (Adults only/good for solo travelers) The resort charges $15 extra per day for wifi which is only able to be accessed in one room/is not reliable)
While I gave a budget I was working with, it would have been more cost efficient to stay elsewhere for an additional cost that already includes the wifi. At no point was that suggested either. She claimed she stayed there which leads me to believe she withheld the condition of this particular resort. She did the absolute bare minimum to resolve my issues and took to responsibility.

I have never dealt with anyone that was so friendly and helpful. I wanted to surprise my hubby with a cruise for our anniversary. I found Debbie actually on Facebook. From the initial call she has made this as amazing experience. She showed me ways to save on our trip and you don't get that very often. I actually just got in the mail today a custom itinerary, my goodness there is so much helpful stuff in here. I can't wait to go. I would recommend her to anyone I know.

Debbie (Beach Monkey Travel) came very highly recommended. She certainly did not disappoint. We had a very large group and many different personalities. Debbie was patient, kind and understanding with each person. She made suggestions on how to save money and went up and above the call of duty. Sure you can book online but I assure you I will never book my own trip again. Her knowledge and expertise guided us to the perfect destination for a great price and we had an amazing time. Give her call you will see what true customer service is.
