We booked a Hawaii cruise with excursions, not once, but twice! We had to cancel due to a medical situation. Hollie helped us get the trip canceled, helped us file insurance paperwork, and then rebooked for us! What a relief! We had enough to worry about without that added worry!

Our Honeymoon-12 years later!

My husband and I never were able to go on a honeymoon so 12 years and three kids later and with the help of Hollie we finally decided to just go! Hollie made everything so easy for us. We had no destination in mind, our only criteria that we shared with her was white sandy beaches, in the Caribbean, all inclusive, non-stop flights and sometime in the month of June.
Within a day she had 3-4 possible destinations and resorts for us to choose from. From there all we had to do was decide where we wanted to go!
That was it! We had an excellent experience working with Hollie and will be contacting her for future trips for sure.

Hollie was great to work with! We were referred to her by a friend when we had come up empty looking for a vacation ourselves. We had some tough requirements to meet, including less than 3 weeks notice before we wanted to leave. Holly was diligent in looking for something and ultimately came up with an option we were super happy with. Upon arrival at our resort, we ran into a problem with our room. We reached out to Holly and she was all over it - problem solved with virtually no effort on our part. She is knowledgeable and very professional - wish we would have found her sooner!!

Hollie was an incredible help in planning our first vacation out of the country. I gave her a list of things I wanted and didn't want and my budget and she sent me several choices that would fit well with our needs. Hollie has been incredibly helpful in putting together a trip to Walt Disney World. The trip involves a number of my friends who live in the US and Canada and she's navigated all the things necessary to get people from where they are to Orlando. She's priced the trip every which way from Sunday to help people get the best deals they can. She's looked into everything we could possibly want to do and then found more. Although our trip isn't until October, I know we are going to have a phenomenally good time. I was going to do all the pricing for the group myself, but there is no way I could have come close to Hollie's knowledge and excitement about Disney. I will use Hollie again for any trip which involves flying, room, admission. She's great.

She was absolutely amazing!!! I can't explain to you how easy she made this for us! She answered EVERY question we had. Her punctuality, patience and information were always spot on even while we were trying to figure out what would be best and bringing additional options out of nowhere. She never made it seem like we were difficult to work with, although I felt like we were. Although we have never met or even talked on the phone I always felt like you were being patient, polite, and flexible. We do hang around a lot of couples that love to travel and I am recommending her to them. Thank you so so so much!

Typically I don't use travel services as I travel a lot for business and typically know my best options for any place we are traveling. But in this case, using Hollie to support the planning of a larger group was very useful. Its difficult to coordinate more than one family traveling on a vacation together and Hollie did a great job dealing with all the coordination. We booked our Honeymoon with Hollie! This is the first time we've used a travel agent and I don't think we will ever book another trip without one! Hollie was patient with all of our questions. She found many different offers/ places she thought we would enjoy! She knew so much about each place and was able to help us narrow down and choose a location and resort.
