My name is Shannon Moss and I am the owner of Your Vacation Helper, a travel agency in the Atlanta Metro area. I have two kids and we have enjoyed connecting with each other and the world through travel and I would love to help create memorable travel memories for your family as well. I have been in the travel industry for 12 years and have worked for Walt Disney World and for Carnival Cruise Lines learning the travel industry from the other side. I use this knowledge as well as my certifications and training as an agent to ensure that I am providing personalized customer service to each of my guests. My husband's birthday cruise was a great success and a blast! Shannon sent me several options to choose from to fit my budget and accommodate a large group. Her attention to details was exceptional (location of cabins, gifts for friends and family that attended, a surprise cake delivered to our dinner table, links to excursions, follow up reminders, etc). Always timely, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I don't think I've ever asked her a question that she didn't know the answer to! We also had issues with getting our passports once, to. No fault of hers, and she helped expedite that for us. I will never go to any other agent again.

We were a part of two trips arranged by Shannon for our wine club. Both of these were European river cruises with excursions pre and post cruise which were completely coordinated by Shannon. Without Shannon Moss’s outstanding assistance in making a flawless smoothly executed cruise. She arranged: additional guest to join my 2 friends, airfare from Philadelphia PA to Seattle WA and return flight/hotel and ground transportation in Seattle to hotel and ship/specialty dinner and beverage plans/tour excursions and direct luggage transfer from ship to airport. Without her expertise our trip wouldn’t have been flawless and Cruise was relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you Shannon! Highly recommend Shannon.

She knows the markets well and always picks the best recommendations/advice for accommodations, flights, and tours for the areas we have traveled (Australia, Spain/Portugal, and Egypt). Shannon has been extremely generous with her time and knowledge when we contacted her about our travel needs. She provided many options for us to chose from that would be ideal for our destination wedding. She never pressured us to select a particular location. Which was very comforting and reassured us she had our best interest in mind and not filling a quota for reservations.
We will continue to have Shannon book our travel plans. The level of personal attention she provides during the planning process and availability during the vacation has been unlike anything we have experienced before.
