Hello! Let me introduce myself, I am a fan of all things Disney and a fan of all things involving travel. Put those two passions together and you get me! I have been in the leisure travel business since 2015 and many years ago I worked in the corporate travel world for a few years. In between those two careers I have worked in the retail world, giving me years of experience in customer service. Working in leisure travel, I feel that education and gaining knowledge is important to my success in helping you have the best vacation memories possible! I have successfully completed my CTA (Certified Travel Agent) certification, Princess Cruises Princess Academy earning my Commodore Status, Disney College of Knowledge, Universal Theme Park Specialist and successfully earned my ACC (Accredited Cruise Counselor). All of these certifications require me to take refresher courses every year keeping me current and up to date on all things travel related. Currently, I am adding destination specialities to my knowledge base including Hawaii and Mexico (specifically the Riviera Maya region).

Diane is nothing short of amazing! She made our trip to Disneyland an experience to remember! Not only does she give great advice on fun activities (like checking out the Mad-T-Party in California Adventure), Diane is a wealth of knowledge on anything and everything Disney. She even took care of setting up our dinner reservations. All I had to do was show up and enjoy myself!!

I am a seasoned business traveler and never outsource the planning of my travel, whether for business or pleasure. My family and I wanted to travel to the Caribbean for Thanksgiving this year but it was difficult for me to navigate all the different airline, hotel, and location options. I also had a budget to consider. Diane came to our rescue by figuring out the perfect solution - a beautiful island within our budget. Diane made sure to know our full needs, going beyond the simple booking of airfare and lodging. She helped us with island tours and other fun activities, and also made sure we knew the county's entry protocols. She communicated well and often with me to make sure she "nailed it". She also kept me well informed when changes occurred to our airline schedule. Diane is now my go-to for travel and I will recommend her to anyone I know who is seeking help with travel plans.

Diane was tasked with planning a 16th birthday trip to Paris and Rome for my daughter and I. She did an amazing job finding the right hotel for my budget, planning cool tours, and even suggesting great restaurants. I was amazed by how many countless hours she spent making sure our trip was one we’ll never forget. All I had to do was answer her simple questions along the way and everything was taken care of. The application she uses made it simple to look at our itinerary the next day and have all the information and tickets readily available with our phones. Thanks to Covid, this trip was planned three times! Diane was amazing every time. She made sure every detail was taken care of and it could not have gone any smoother once it finally happened. There were 10 people in our group, coming from several different places and there were no hiccups in our travel. Everything was perfect, even the weather!

Diane was so helpful with everything and went above and beyond to make our trip the best. When she went on a trip for herself she even took time out to check on our reservation and moved hotels for us because one we booked was under construction. Diane did an amazing job. We will definitely go with Diane again for any trip, especially when it comes to Disneyland or Disney world.

Diane was a pleasure to work with for planning a family trip to Disney. She made it easy and planned everything out for us. She selected a perfect hotel within walking distance to Disney. It was a great hotel and was very clean. She has extensive knowledge of Disney and gave us plenty of recommendations for food and the best ways to make the most of our trip.

Your Best Trip Ever!

My husband and I have rarely traveled in our 25 years of marriage but we wanted to go back to Hawaii, where we had spent our honeymoon. I have friends who can figure out everything on their own online, but I neither have the skills or the time to do so. A friend of mine introduced me to Diane and a life long relationship was made. Diane is so nice and down to earth. She is practically your best friend when planning your trip and by the time you're ready to depart, you wish Diane was coming with you! Diane is thorough with finding exactly what you want and mindful of the budget you have told her you would like to adhere to. We ended up taking our son, daughter, and our son's girlfriend with us. Every reservation was perfect. Our airplane seats were good, our rooms had the best locations, and we attended the best luau on Kauai! There were no problems whatsoever.
