I first contacted Alanna about five years ago when I was a first time cruiser. She helped us select the perfect cruise for our family vacation in the Caribbean. Since then, he has planned cruises for us in the Mediterranean in the South Pacific. All were completely different experiences, and where exactly what we were looking for. I now consider myself pretty knowledgeable in all things cruising, but we will always book through Alana, as she is able to give us the advice we need and matches prices to keep us from having to use someone that might not be as helpful. The best thing about Alana, besides her wealth of knowledge, is definitely her personality! She truly cares about you and your family. When talking to her, I feel that she is truly listening to me and that I am her most important client. My family and I tried planning a cruise on our own, but soon became so overwhelmed with all of the choices, from cruise lines to cabins to ports of call! We had no idea what to do. Alana has booked my cruises for many years, and I wouldn't go to anyone else! She has so much knowledge - not only as a cruise travel agent but because she has cruised so many times herself on so many cruise lines. She has always paid attention to details and has given me great advice about things I never would have thought of. Cruise Planning Made Easy!

After looking through thousands of reviews on the internet, I finally decided to just call an agent. Luckily, I found Alana! We knew we wanted to cruise to the Caribbean, but were unsure about which ports would be the best for our tastes. She helped us pick an amazing cruise on an amazing ship! She even sent some champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to our cabin. She is first class all the way! By the way, she was right - Labadee, Haiti is A-MAZ-ING! We can't wait to go back and to visit the other ports Alana recommends!
