After growing up in the travel industry underneath my parent's agency, I learned so much along the way that it was only natural for me to follow suit. I have traveled very extensively through my teens, 20s and 30s, and have visited the Caribbean islands 63 times. I have been to Europe, sailed on 7 cruises, and actually got married on the island of Bermuda. I specialize in the Caribbean, Mexico & Hawaii and have planned many family trips, Honeymoons, Anniversaries, destination weddings, romantic trips and girls trips. I am an expert on all the resorts there, and can easily help you narrow down to the perfect property after one initial phone consultation. Tremendous shout out to my travel agent turned friend Alicia Kingston who orchestrated the most picture-perfect destination wedding ever in Mexico. From choosing the site to negotiating the rates to closely communicating with 90 attendees, everything was spectacular, right down to the custom gifts she sent to each guest. Perfect Mommy/Daughter Trip!

I contacted Alicia in August 2019 to help me book a trip for me and my 8-year-old daughter for the Winter break in February 2020. I gave her a few top-line ideas of what we were looking for; kid-friendly, sandy beaches and a place that would offer a dolphin excursion. Alicia came back with numerous amazing options – it was almost hard to choose one! We settled on the Hard Rock Rivera Maya in Cancun, and this place did NOT disappoint! We had ocean views, a rooftop deck with jacuzzi, water parks, foam parties, snorkeling, beaches, pools, kid clubs – all on site! Each day was filled with endless options – we were exhausted every night haha. The hotel offered a dolphin excursion off-site, just a short ride away. It was an AMAZING experience, and one that neither of us will forget! I will never book another vacation without Alicia – she prepared the PERFECT vacation for us and provided great memories my daughter and I will share for years to come! Alicia, you truly are the BEST!

Alicia helped us choose this resort after truly listening to the wants and needs of our family. From food to pools to beach access and fun things to do, this resort fit us perfectly! Alicia really knows what she is talking about. Alicia was helpful in planning our family vacation! Looking at the variety of room options in the different villages at the resort was completely overwhelming. Alicia set us up in the perfect room and in the perfect location....couldn't have been more pleased with her advice! Everything was exactly as she described and her tips were incredibly helpful. She sent us a video of the resort and recommended restaurants and activities. When we had to change our travel dates at the last minute she was able to arrange everything for us and it was completely painless. I had worked with Alicia on a past trip to Mexico. When I started to plan a 10-day, 3-city trip to Europe, I reached out and I am so happy that I did! Alicia was able to get me great hotels in London, Paris and Barcelona. She also helped tremendously with airport transfers, trains between the cities and a few excursions. It really took away all of the stress of planning this trip. I let her know what we wanted to do and she made it happen. She even reached out to a few other agents in Europe to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. And the communication was easy and consistent. I would highly recommend using Alicia for your travel plans!

Working With Alicia made this trip go really smooth. She easily helped coordinate the 12 of us who went on our trip, from the initial plans of picking the cruise line we were using. To a very easy room selection process, to making the payments as simple as possible and helping us out along the way with any questions that arose. She was very easy to communicate with she replied quickly whenever there was a question or an issue, and she helped us out immensely when we had a late cancellation to fix out room situation and made sure our trip went off without a hitch. She kept us updated regularly on deadlines for payments or when certain papers were due. I would highly recommend Alicia for any traveling needs. You will not get better help than this.

Alicia was great through having to reschedule our Easter break trip to Hotel Xcaret due to COVID and accommodating my many requests and changes. She put in our park and dining reservations and room requests, and we were able to get everything we wanted. Her pricing was also competitive over the hotel website early booking rate. Her fact sheet was also helpful on many topics from where to meet the bus to haggling on purchases. I'm looking forward to working with her again on a return trip!

This was our second trip that Alicia helped us planned, and again we could not have asked for a better experience! My wife and I wanted to travel to Europe for two weeks and see as much as we possibly could (within reason and budget). Alicia made it happen! Based on her recommendation we chose a cruise of the Western Mediterranean which we book-ended with time in Barcelona and Florence and Rome. Alicia was absolutely amazing during every single step of planning this trip. Originally in 2019 we planned to visit Mexico in February 2021. But COVID happened. When it came time in 2021 to revisit our trip, we had a change of plans regarding our destination based on the personal experience Alicia had at Dreams Macao. After seeing her videos & pictures my family immediately fell in love! Alicia jumped right into action & took care of changing the reservation from not just a different resort, but a whole new country!! The woman was literally there every step of the way. Every single time I had any questions, she responded almost immediately. The knowledge she has of these countries & their resorts is so impressive. Every single tip she gave me for our trip came in handy at one point or another. She personally made this trip absolutely amazing & I am so grateful for all of the hard work she put into it getting us in the end to Punta Cana!! Alicia will def book our next vacation!

Alicia did a great job planning our Riviera Maya, Mexico family trip. I described what what type of vacation we were looking for and Alicia delivered! She quickly answered my emails when I had travel questions leading up to our departure, we had a beautiful room at the resort, she made the dinner reservations well in advance so we didn't miss out on any of the restaurants, and she gave helpful resort tips. Alicia arranged a "Girl's Trip" for 4 for October 2022. She provided a few options to different locations and listed out the highlights of each resort. We decided on AtelierPlaya Mujeres after Alicia provided some additional information regarding this resort. My now wife and I hired Alicia's World of Travel not quite a year ago for our destination wedding that we recently had at Dreams Macao Punta Cana. Alicia was there every step of the way from what we wanted in a resort to finally booking a resort as well as all of our guests. She has extensive knowledge in resorts all over the Caribbean as well as Mexico. She explained what this particular resort had to offer and even knew personally some of the butlers and supervisors that worked there. Not only did Alicia help plan an amazing family vacation to Punta Cana (across 9 people, 3 states, and 3 generations!), but she also worked her magic to help the 8 of us in the Northeast leave a day early to beat an incoming snow storm. Hearing all the flight cancellations our original departure date, we could not be more grateful!!In originally selecting and booking, Alicia’s knowledge of the Caribbean was clear… on which resorts best fit the needs of our group (Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana was the perfect choice!), which airlines/flights would be best (for us, flying out of Newark instead of Philadelphia which paid off with the above changes!), and how to best prepare for our trip.
So thankful for all Alicia’s help… we’ll definitely reach out for our next trip!

Alicia is the ultimate professional. She is so incredibly knowledgeable about the Caribbean. It's easy to go online, read reviews and book a vacation. However, working with Alicia, you get first hand accounts of many resorts. She is a traveling agent! Thirteen of my family members (ranging from 5-76) recently traveled to Montego Bay for vacation. After an initial consultation, I shared with her what was important to my family, regarding beach, activities, food, etc. She helped with room selection and, promptly answered our (many!) questions. Ultimately, she helped us pick the best resort and added amenities. We had the most amazing time. The memories we created will last a lifetime. I really can't say enough about her. The BEST! I cannot say enough positive things about Alicia. She found me on a post I wrote on Main Line Parent Community Facebook page, as I was looking for insight on swimming with dolphins. It was our goal to take a family vacation to swim with dolphins as a birthday trip for my daughter. Her response was very low-key and not pushy in anyway. We messaged with each other and she called me that week at the exact day and time she said she would! From that point on, she listened to all of our preferences until she found us the perfect resort and venue for our dolphin excursion. There were many, many emails, texts and phone calls exchanged and Alicia always made herself readily available with any questions we had, even upon arrival at her hotel in Mexico! My family truly enjoyed our vacation because Alicia made her job to find a perfect fit for us! I am so greatful to have found her and will definitely use her again in the future!

Alicia was phenomenal. As someone who gets "travel anxiety" with booking, finding the best destinations, having dealing with the hassles of booking flights, hotels, etc, Alicia made it a BREEZE. My wife and I got married mid October and with all that was going on, it kept us a little too busy to plan the honeymoon. Alicia was recommended by friends who were planning a trip to Jamaica. I feel like we blindsided her at first because not only did we want to go to Hawaii (starting with 3 days in San Fran), we wanted to go in about 3 weeks. Honestly I was a little nervous because we did not give much of a notice for such a big trip. While not recommended for travel agents sake, the small window of time didn't seem to matter and we had our trip booked. We had an excellent time in San Fran & Maui and would definitely have no problem using Alicia's help again.

Alicia helped us plan our much needed winter vacation. We had no idea what we wanted, just a relaxing place in the Caribbean. Well she went beyond what we were imagining. We loved Dreams - Palm Beach Resort. We had an amazing time! The service was excellent, it was a beautiful resort, you couldn't ask for much more. They gave us the relaxation and no worries we needed for a week. We also made some great new friends.
We got such an amazing deal from you, were ready to plan our next vacation. She gave such great recommendations for the excursions (Zipline & Reef Exploration). We had such a blast! The Dominican Republic was full of really warm, and inviting people everywhere. We would recommend Dreams to everyone, as well as Alicia. Thanks for booking us an amazing vacation!

Alicia was so helpful when booking our Antigua Vacation. We stayed at the Hermitage Bay resort based on her recommendation and it did not disappoint. Alicia was extremely responsive and gave us a number of different options to ensure we booked the vacation of our dreams. All of the travel accommodations were booked in advance included in our package so our experience was care free and seamless from start to finish. I will definitely be working with Alicia again and recommending her to my friends/family!

Alicia is AMAZING! From when we had our very first conversation, I could tell she has had a ton of experience and very organized. I never met her in person, and I felt very comfortable having her plan our trip to Europe. Within only a few email exchanges our trip was booked for our first vacation together out of the country. We got an amazing price for our 7 day trip and didn't have to worry anything. We officially caught the travel bug and we can't wait to work with Alicia again for our next trip!!!

I just wanted to say that our 10yr anniversary trip was exactly what we needed to recharge and reconnect. Alicia was so knowledgeable about the resort accommodations and excursions available to us. Since we don't travel often, it eased my mind to have her make all the arrangemtns! She made it easy to follow all her instructions and was very personable when she delivered our itinerary! i would highly recommend Alicia if you want relaxed, smooth sailing planning. I was an hour into looking at flights and hotels to the Caribbean on my own and I was ready to pull my hair out. I decided to look up travel agents and I came across Alicia. She had a lot of great reviews and I decided to give her a call. In just a couple days Alicia had a bunch of options for me to choose from in my price range. She made the process easy and enjoyable and had all the answers to my questions. I will absolutely be using Alicia the next time I go back to the Caribbean.

Alicia is really phenomenal across the board. She listened to what we were looking for, and provided us with incredible, thoughtful options. She answered our many, many questions with every detail we could need, and truly ensured everything was taken care of every step of the way. We originally were not considering an all-inclusive or Jamaica, and we are so happy we took Alicia's advice. We stayed at Secrets Wild Orchid in Montego Bay, and LOVED it. The drinks were truly top shelf, and the food was so much better than we ever expected. Several of our meals were exceptional! The entertainment from the pool bar activities to the nighttime entertainment was amazing! We absolutely loved everything about this trip, and will be working with Alicia again.

Alicia was extremely helpful in planning and executing our recent family and friend vacation in Mexico! She helped us choose the best resort for our family and price range and took care of booking everything...from airfare to resort to meals to airport transfers to excursions!! My boyfriend and I needed a tropical getaway and were referred to Alicia by friends she had planned a trip to Europe for. They had nothing but extremely positive things to say about Alicia, and they were spot on! With her help, we decided on Secrets Wild Orchid in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Alicia was not only with us every step of the way, but she provided us with so much useful information. She made sure to keep us in the know with our expected dates to reserve things like restaurants, fast pass, etc. Another aspect that she helped with was getting our room changed so we could benefit from the free dining they were offering. She spent so many hours on the phone with Disney on our behalf to do this for us! It saved us so much money. She made sure to follow up with everything as well. In terms of a knowledgeable travel agent you couldn't ask for more! She went above and beyond and we really did have the best time. It was nice not having to worry about anything and just enjoying the parks. Highly recommend!!
