Stephanie has planned two dream trips for us to Hawaii, 2/19 & 5/24. She goes above and beyond, listens to clients’ wishes, fulfilling their expectations. First trip started with our flight canceled at 3 AM due to a snowstorm. I reluctantly called Stephanie, had us booked a new flight in mins. The flight continually delayed due to weather/going to miss connection at O’Hare. Texted her as we boarded and, to her word, had us booked on another flight while in route to O’Hare. To say we COULD NOT have made it to Hawaii WITHOUT HER is an understatement! On both trips, she has booked beautiful resorts with ideal locations, day trips to other islands along with great guided tours. We have communicated via phone text and email. She set up my own written travel plans into a trip plans app. It was a great tool to have handy on my most recent trip! I HIGHLY recommend Stephanie as your next travel agent! I know I plan to use her for future trips!

The recommended Jewel Paradise Cove Resort (JPCR) was a great getaway. The resort's accommodations were highly accessible. The main dining offered various delicious foods, including traditional local flare. The Jerk-Hut was one of our favorite eating spots on the main beach! We found the resort's staff polite and welcoming. JPCR offered excellent entertainment day and night! JPCR was not overly crowded, which we liked as well.
