With over 30 years’ experience in the travel industry, I have been creating memorable moments for couples, families and friends for over 3 decades. From the perfect honeymoon or destination wedding to family travel, I listen to the needs of my clients and find the trip that is the perfect fit for them. I have visited hundreds of resorts throughout Mexico and the Caribbean and have on-site contacts who assure me that all my clients will be treated like VIP's. Always the epitome of professional, Nancy treats each client like they are family. Nancy found us a great deal at TRS Coral Costa Mujeres - an adults only resort but the big surprise was we were able to play tennis for free at the Rafi Nadal Tennis Center. Nancy was amazing to work with! My husband and I were unsure of which island to go to for our honeymoon and knew that Nancy was the best person to assist us with our decision. Our Perfect Destination Wedding

I wanted to take a moment to sing the praises of Nancy Cronin, Travel Leaders. Nancy is AMAZING!! We had a destination wedding with 42 people, including 6 children – and, may I add, the majority of our guests had not traveled internationally. Nancy was friendly, positive, informative and ALWAYS available for everyone’s questions – which there were a lot! She continuously said to me, “Don’t YOU worry. It’s YOUR day. Let ME worry about them.” Nancy was calm, professional and so easy to speak with. All of my guests had the same feeling as we did. Nancy was incredible throughout our planning and our trip! My now wife was planning our wedding and I was studying for a specialist exam in my field, and Nancy took so much stress off of our shoulders by being our travel agent. Not only did she book our travel and our honeymoon stay at our preferred location, but she also helped point us in the direction of alternative excursions and modes of transport (a helicopter ride and ferry) to help provide us the best possible experience. She also took time out of her own vacation to check on us while we were on our honeymoon. Whenever we book our next big trip, we will call Nancy first!

Honeymoon July 2020

Our honeymoon was a dream come true! We can’t thank Nancy enough for helping us make it all happen. We were scheduled for our wedding in the midst of the this pandemic which meant a lot of uncertainty about our trip, but Nancy helped us through it all. One of our resorts didn’t open at its scheduled time and nancy mananged yo get us rebooked with another resort at higher category room for the same rate. Needless to say we had the time of our lives. We highly recommend her to help you plan your honeymoon or next vacation! I would recommend this agent to my family and friends

Our experience couldn’t have been better. Nancy set up tours for different hotels she suggested in the area we were thinking then helped us narrow down which suited our group best. Nancy did an EXCELLENT job organizing my son's destination wedding! She went way above & beyond by narrowing down resort choices based on our needs then setting up tours so that we could make the final decision. She also took all 30 flights and set up transfers to & from the airport. The wedding planner, Alicia, was right on site and was so accommodating. We could not have as for a more perfect wedding venue!

Nancy was amazing! With the stresses of wedding planning, Nancy made planning for the honeymoon easy. She helped us get our booking for our room, excursions, and activities. Nancy has been providing my corporate and personal travel services for almost 20 years and I continue to be amazed by Nancy’s knowledge, persistence and commitment to her clients. Often I will tell a colleague about something that Nancy did, calling to reconfirm, going the extra step, and they can’t believe that you can get that service like that from an Agent. I tell them it is a regular occurrence with Nancy and then pass her contact information to that friend.As a classic example of Nancy's commitment to a first class experience; this weekend, my wife and I are spending the weekend at well known first class Hotel. Nancy made the original reservation, followed up with the Hotel staff this week to re confirm our accommodations and she was able to secure a nicer accommodation at a better rate. All without any request from me.
She then stayed late to be sure that I received the confirmation. Great service!

"Top of our Bucket List does not disappoint"

In a very short time, Nancy put a trip to NYC together that included all the things we wanted to see and do. We were met at airport, La Guardia, and took us directly to our hotel "The Mela" which was around the corner from Times Square. Hotel was not 5 stars, but exactly suited to us. After a day or so to get over the enormity of NYC, we used our maps, iPhones, and lots of friendly NYers to find our way around. We saw the musical "Wicked" and it was spectacular. We even met some nice people at the theater that gave us some great advice. I always the people of NY were rude and unfriendly. Actually the police, city workers and just about everyone else was very friendly and helpful. We are already thinking of going back to the city.........and we will certainly have Nancy Cronin do the planning for us!By the way, we never felt frightened or in any danger everywhere we went in this BIG CITY!

My fiancé and I went on this trip to look for a wedding venue and to have a relaxing vacation. Nancy booked the trip for us. She made the experience so easy and effortlesss. She was flexible, always returned our emails in a timely manner. Once the trip was booked she got in contact with the resort and got us the best room for the category. (And it really was). Once we got there we were upgraded to preferred club at no charge. We've decided to use Nancy for all our future travels and the destination wedding.

She was always there to talk to starting from inquiring on my destination, to the property and rooms, to the weather, all the way to our moments right before we left. I almost booked with another Travel agent in Nashua while planning my honeymoon. The night before I was going to give the other agent the ok to run my card for the deposit, something didn't feel right. I cancelled my trip with them and was able to find Nancy. Best move me and my wife have ever made! Nancy's customer service level was beyond exceptional. I probably sent her 20-30 emails in just general questioning before we left for our trip and she replied in a timely manner each and every time. Everything from the airport layout in Atlanta to which restaurants we should eat at in Saint Lucia. Nancy's advice was spot on! Favorite Sandals Resort

Nancy has been helping us with our sandals trips since our 2nd. We had a different travel agent for our honeymoon and it was not great. Nancy however has been excellent to work with and has always given honest and helpful opinions on the different resorts. Most recently we went to Sandals Grande St Lucian for a 6th trip. She had been telling me she really thought that we would enjoy this resort but I kept choosing others. Well Nancy definitely know us as this was by far our favorite of them all. That is Nancy strength is that once she knows her clients she can really tell which resorts are a fit for them. I would not go to any other travel agent except Nancy and especially if it is for a sandals resort.
I would recommend this agent to my family and friends

We have been using Nancy for our travel agent for over 10 years and travel at least 2-3 times a year and she has never let us down. She has traveled to many places which is a great help in her knowledge of what are the good places to go . We have had some problems at a couple places upon arrival at them and just had to pick up the phone and she instantly handled taking care of them. I would definitely use no one else and have recommended her to many people and will continue to do so.

Relaxing all inclusive vacation

Nancy is the best! She has booked many vacations for me over the years. I enjoy working with her. Over the years she has gotten to know my husband and I and continues to send us to destinations that she knows we will enjoy. She keeps you posted during every step of the booking process and is very detailed. She always follows up upon return to ensure we enjoyed our experience. I will continue to work with Nancy in the future.
