For over 30 years, I have traveled worldwide consulting, presenting and touring. In addition to selling travel and travel insurance for over 12 years, I have assisted in the recruitment, training and coaching of over 100 travel agents.

I am passionate about European river cruises and have personally traveled on and sold most European destination itineraries and river cruise lines. I am convinced that there is no better way to experience Europe.

Many river cruise vacations have a land component. However, there may be other cities you would like to visit in Europe while abroad. I can provide simplified independent travel assistance that will pull your whole trip together seamlessly.

As a Monogram Certified Specialist, I have access to wonderful, centrally-located hotels throughout Europe. I can provide hotels, transportation for multi-city visits, as well as excursions personalized for you and your interests. Most importantly, I can also have a local host in each city greet and guide you! This is a simplified and economical travel option that typically costs 20% less than booking individual components.

Erica did a magnificent job arranging our river cruise - for six people - from Prague to Budapest in 2014 And when the weather threatened to disrupt our travels, she was on top of it all, keeping us informed daily about the status of the trip. There isn't anything about river cruising she doesn't know, from the difference cruise lines, to the ports, currencies, travel insurance and airfare. She is easy to work with and we recommend her without reservation.

Great planning to the smallest detail

Erica planned a cruise for a group of 18 people on Royal Caribbean. It was a diverse group from 3 different countries and she organized well to ensure each of us had great accommodations and a full schedule of activities personalized for their interest. Erica even arranged for a pre-cruise party so fellow passengers had a opportunity to meet the others in the group before boarding the ship. Everyone had a great time! We also had our two children with us and they also had the time of their life. She is planning a similar cruise for us for 2016.

My travels with Erica

I first met Erica on a trip to Sicily, we hit it off immediately, she is so friendly, funny and just fun to be with. After our trip Erica and I went to a spa in Oji California. Erica handled all the reservations, I just showed up. She took care of every detail. We had so much fun that we planned another trip together for the next year. Erica and her husband invited me to come on a river cruise from Paris to Normandy and back. I brought three friends along with me, and again all we did was show up. Erica handled everything with ease. Well she worked really hard at making everything look easy and effortless. She is really great at her job. Erica has been all around the world and knows so much about travel. I love to listen to her talk about her trips, she gets really excited !! I would highly recommend Erica to book your trip, she will roll out the red carpet for you. Just call Erica tell her where you are going and she will take great care of you !! Call her now !!

Erica is a travel wizard! She planned a France River Cruise Paris-Burgundy for my husband and myself in 2016, and for some mutual friends who decided to join in on the fun. Her planning included an extension in Provence for our group of 6 people. I call her knowledgeable because she has taken many of the cruises she recommends. She can tell you about the actual rooms on the various ships, her favorites, what to watch out for, etc. She is the Voice Of Experience, gave us invaluable advice. She earned every single star in her 5 star ratings. She also helped us with advice on travel insurance requirements, passports and more. I loved working with her, and sent her over to my cousin and her husband for their cruise planning in 2016. Loved working with Erica!

Erica is knowledgeable beyond words

Erica has planned two river cruises for us, both with Avalon, and she'll be doing it again for us next year. Erica's knowledge of the river cruise industry is amazing. She knows all the major lines and most of the individual ships, down to every detail. She's also been to many of the places anyone would want to go and has extensive knowledge of the itineraries, ports, tours, local customs and more. Beyond this, Erica's enthusiasm, attention to detail, responsiveness and follow-up way exceeds our expectations every time. As river cruises are new for most people, and once were new for us, it's important to get good advice and great service when planning your trip. You can't go wrong with Erica; she will be with you every step of the way, take care of everything and keep you totally informed. She makes it all easy and fun!
