So thankful for Rick and Lisa and their attention to detail! I booked a honeymoon cruise through Lisa and I didn't have to do any work except provide our info to her! I loved knowing all of the details were taken care of and that she made sure all of our items were turned in on time. They even sent a plate of chocolate covered strawberries to our room as soon as we checked in!

We purchased a package trip for our anniversary. Rick and Lisa kicked it up several notches by recommending upgraded hotels that met our transportation and itinerary needs. We don't know what they did, but our hotel room with a balcony overlooking the Grand Canal in Venice was the icing on the cake! So appreciative of the care they give their clients!

Why search the internet all day looking for a "good deal' When rick will match it for you, Thats what i tell my friends, Rick has been my agent for several cruises including large family cruises, he is proffessional and always available, he gives us good advise and litte how-tos about cruising: i give him my info and he takes care of everything! he takes of of payments plans and even calls to see if you have any questions.
