I am a designer at heart. I love taking chaotic details and distilling them down to organized, beautiful, personal experiences for others. I edit and organize travel choices into trips that fit my clients and how they want to experience the world. I combine that with expert advice that keeps unpleasant surprises and stress at bay.
I call this traveling smart. I save my clients time, hassle, money, and often from misleading resort pictures on the internet.
Having grown up globetrotting with a large (and slightly crazy but ever-so-loveable) extended family, I am particularly passionate about group and multi-generational travel. I think the world is best savored when shared and remembered with others. Travel brings people together.

One of my favorite things about travel is its ability to give back. I believe that travel has enriched my life and I should return the favor. Part of the proceeds from my work goes toward refugee, orphan care and adoption worldwide. I believe in helping my clients get home to the places they love and using that to help others have forever homes.

Mandy is incredible! Easy to work with, reviews every detail, and has great suggestions to make your trip more enjoyable. She took care of Airline reservations, pick up and drop off services, event reservations, car rental and travel passes. Everything went smoothly, like clockwork! Relaxing Spring Break

Happy 15th Anniversary to us!

Mandy helped book a trip for my husband and me or our 15th wedding anniversary. She came up with some fabulous options and we chose the Dominican republic. The price was reasonable, the accommodations were awesome, and the weather was perfect. We were so thankful for Mandy's insight and knowledge since neither one of us had ever been to DR. This was also the first time we had purchased trip insurance and we are so thrilled that we did. Our flight from Charlotte got canceled and we ended up having to rent a car to drive back to Virginia. Mandy didn't miss a beat and had the paperwork rolling immediately. We ended up being reimbursed for the two flights and the rental car! So thankful for Mandy and her expertise!

Working with Mandy made our destination wedding planning process so easy and stress free. She helped us make the key decisions on location, resort, excursions, transportation, etc. Mandy managed all the details for us and our 50 guests. That's no small feat, especially when dealing with international travel. Mandy was the point of contact for all of our guests and we (the couple getting married) didn't have to deal with any of the guests questions or travel details. Mandy is super responsive, helpful, and has great advice and insight. We will definitely be working with Mandy again!

Mandy is the best! We were planning our first trip to Disney World and felt totally overwhelmed. Should we stay at a Disney Resort or off site? What days should we visit which park? Do we need a meal plan? What the heck is a MagicBand??? Mandy answered all of those questions and helped us plan a Disney vacation to remember! She shared several options within our budget and helped us understand how all of the 'extras' work...and there are A LOT at Disney World. She was quick to get back with us when we had questions, was thoughtful in her suggestions and highly knowledgable. We were able to plan a trip that felt tailored to our family. Best Trip Ever!

Mandy was amazing from start until finish. When we initially spoke with her about planning a trip, she listened intently for our goals for our time away. She responded with several different options. After answering some concerns and questions we had especially since we were planning to take our sons with us, we ultimately decided on a Southern Caribbean cruise. Step by step, she walked us through the process of booking the cruise, the flights, hotel and trip insurance giving us options along the way and guidance when we needed it. Thankfully she took care of making all of our payments for us and organized all of our confirmation numbers and important information in one convenient document. She also provided us with information on a different excursion company than what the cruise ship uses called Shore Trips, and we were so thankful. Our experience with Mandy was completely flawless. We will use her for every trip we take in the future!

Fabulous family trip

I have been our family's travel planner for many years and found it to take way too much of my time and be more stress than needed. A friend recommended Mandy and it was so wonderful! She asked me what our preferences were for travel, and was able to pick the ideal resort. Every detail was handled beautifully and all I had to do was set the alarm to make the flight. The rest of the vacation went off without a hitch. Even when I was worried about a possible weather delay, she was reassuring that even if that happened, it would all work out well - which it did! Mandy booked a trip to Northern India for my husband and myself. I cannot say enough good things about our experience working with her. She covered all the bases and then some! From planning our flight times to have the least amount of jet lag to lining up a trip to ride elephants in Jaipur she thought of every detail.
