As a Travel Consultant I love researching & visiting new destinations and sharing the joys of travels with my family, friends and clients. Realizing for some a vacation may only happen for you maybe once a year, or sometimes even longer, I will try my best to customize your vacation with your desired requests & needs to create your distinctive journey. I will be your supporter from first contact to finalization & and your return of your adventure. I have been in the travel industry for more than 22 years and couldn't imagine being in any other profession. I enjoy booking all venues of Travel, from destination weddings, family trips, girlfriend getaways to even church groups, and would love to help you create your ultimate vacation.

I have taken several specialist courses, to name a few Disney, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, plus Travel Leaders Training courses and more. I have traveled to learn more about Mexico, the Caribbean & several US states. My back ground also includes health care and I have arranged and gone along on a few fitness based trips and that has led me to recently completed the Well-Being Travel Specialist course from The Travel Institute.
I love traveling and truly enjoy creating a great vacation for all my clients, friends and family.

Two flawless vacations to Mexico!

From booking pre travel to post travel she was excellent. We have booked with her twice and each time was perfect! Both vacations were to Mexico and she is very knowledgeable about trip planning! She is extremely easy to work with and always responds to inquiries in a very timely manner! She made us aware of the transfers so our ride to the resort and back was pleasurable! She mailed us travel itineraries prior to departure again made the travel flawless. Our first booking was for a family of 14 from 2 different departing airports and we had NO issues. She is great to work with and dependable! I would recommend Louann to any traveler!

Awesome Jamaica trip

Louann was awesome. She went out her way to make sure our group wastaking care of. She worked with the vendors booking excursions and made sure we had the best deal. Louann made some changes to our resort to our advantage. She was prompt in making sure we were all notified and agreed on the changes. When we arrived at the resort she worked with the receptionist to make sure we were getting the rooms we requested. Numerous times she would ask us if we were having fun and if there were any concerns or questions we had.

Absolutely Amazing Trip!

We were invited to a destination wedding in Jamaica and the bride had picked LouAnn for the travel agent. We couldn't have asked for a better agent, LouAnn was so pleasant, easy to ask questions of and always got us our receipts promptly. Never having been on a vacation before, LouAnn answered lots of my "silly" questions and was always nice when doing so. I would receomment LouAnn to anyone planning a vacation of any kind. We discussed doing another vacation in 2 years and LouAnn will be the first person I contact to work with! From start to finish, LouAnn was there for us!

Louann is awesome to work with! She's very responsive to messages and has always been extremely patient with me when I am looking for vacation options. I tend to be picky about a lot of details :) With each vacation we have booked, she has always made up a nice packet with all of our necessary trip information enclosed. As a bonus she has always given us a gift showing her appreciation to us! Although I never expect it, I always wonder what clever surprise she has included for us!
