I have had a passion for cruises since I took my first one 25 years ago. It wasn't too long after that special trip that I began working in the travel industry.

MSC cruise is a European based company with only 20% American on the ship. Ship is New and state of the art 5 star
Shows 5 Star, make sure you like european shows with opera. On board activities 2 Star. Service 2 Star. Do not Recommend for children. Food is average 3 Star. Watch out at the buffets, Europeans do not understand waiting in line.
Out of Carnival, NCL, and MSC, would recommend Carnival.

We just returned from an October '16 cruise on Royal Caribbean's Allure of the Seas. This is our second trip on Allure and more fun than ever. Mamma Mia is their current Broadway Show and is terrific! Ship is beautiful and Ice Show, Diving Show, various swimming pools, Zip Line, and Disney's Madagascar characters are a hoot. The ship is full of entertainment so you'll never be board. Made our reservations about 6 months ago with Jim (Cruiseman) and the trip went as smooth as can be. Jim has helped us with many many cruises and wouldn't think of doing another without going through him. He makes planning yours or your families cruises extremely easy...one less thing to think about. Royal Caribbean's Harmony of the Seas may be our next in line for 2017 so will probably be giving Jim a call in the near future.

Jim was timely in returning my calls and answering any questions I had. Was enthusiastic about the trip we were about to take which made it more exciting for us. We experienced zero problems with the cruise line and our air travel. I have already recommended him to coworkers since we got back. We have been on 18 cruises and this cruise with Celebrity Equinox was the BEST one EVER!! Beautiful ship, could not even feel its movement in the water, WONDERFUL food both on the lido deck and in the restaurant. Room steward did a fantastic job with our room and was very personable and courteous. In fact, all the employees did everything they could to make a good impression on their customers.
I have described this cruise as: We have apparently been traveling in a 1980 Pontiac all along and this cruise was in a 2017 Mercedes. Will definitely be cruising with Celebrity again.

Jim, the Cruiseman, is such a wealth of cruising information. He can answer most any questions you may have and if he cant, he will promptly find it out for you. He has flexible office hours to meet any ones needs. He doesn't just know the cruise information, he has been on the boats so he knows first hand. I recommend him to everyone I hear is looking to go on any type of vacation. We are getting ready to go on our 7th cruise!!

We had an excellent time going to the Panama Canal on the Coral Princess. The staff and entertainment great. Jim (Cruiseman) told us that we would enjoy the Canal and he was right. Would definitely go again, specially on the Coral Princess.

Jim was great to work with. Very knowledgeable about the various cruise lines, locations, and excursions. He asked questions, listened, and then provided several choices for us to choose from. Jim also worked with my brother and sister-in-law several states away to get them booked on the same cruise with us. He was able to book not only our cruise, but our flights, a hotel for us since we decided to get do our departure city a day early, and travel back to the airport after the cruise. Jim provided me all the information I needed to make it a very enjoyable experience from start to finish. It was nice that I was able to ask questions after I booked and leading up to the time of the cruise and didn't feel like I was ever bothering him. He always answered all of my inquiries fast and efficiently. I would Definitely recommend Jim to any family or friend interested in going on a cruise and will use him to arrange for my next adventure!

This was our Second Cruise with Jim, everything went off without a hitch both times. Our excursions where the best, last year we swam with the dolphins and this year we swam with the manatees these were book though Jim who had the best value. I would highly recommend using the Cruiseman if you plan on traveling. We are already talking about what to do next year.

Jim and I met to discuss a cruise for my upcoming honeymoon. After talking with him and getting a game plan (he is very knowledgeable and was so helpful in getting my understanding of the process surrounding my first cruise) I felt very confident I had made a great decision. I went home, talked with my fiance, who wanted to come in and meet Jim as well as we finalized plans, and she thought he was a pleasure as well.
Everything we discussed has come true, he had great information for us to consider and spent time with us to make sure we knew how everything would go.

Always has been easy to work with Jim. Very easy to get a hold of calls back, if he can not get to the call right away he calls back in a timely matter. I have worked with carnivals agents and they are a challenge to get a hold of so it is refreshing to have Jim around. He also answers any questions I may have and if he does not know the answer he go to find it out and gets back to me with the answer. Overall Jim is an awesome guy and great to work with.
