Her knowledge of Alaska was really beneficial, and she worked with us staying with friends and relatives to experiencing whitewater rafting, a whale watching trip and the train. I never used a travel agent regularly before, but now Christy is our go-to for all our trips. Takes the worry out of inter-island hopping, and international travel!

She was endlessly patient while we decided. She responded to our questions by text, phone, and followed up with email. I felt like we were her first priority and she really cared that the trip was successful - not just the details she booked, but she genuinely cared about the trip being enjoyable.
You might think that using a travel agent is more trouble than booking a flight yourself, but my experience is that Christy not only saves us money, but she makes our trips better. Would recommend 100%.
