Kerry really cares about getting to know my family and our vacation needs. We’ve had her book several trips and hotels for us. She always provides us with options and has consistently helped us to make reservations that are suited to our specific needs. Memory Making Trip for our Family!

Kerry was super helpful for a last minute trip to Disney World. She was able to help us get the last minute dining reservations that we had really wanted, and she walked us through how to use the App and the new Genie+. We hadn't been to Disney World in several years, and she was able to calm our fears about how much it had changed.

Kerry is very knowledgeable about Disney and I knew she was the one to book with! She helped with a land and sea adventure. Helping with transportation between the two. Helping book friends right next door on the ship and transportation to the airport. Taking loads of stress off making all the transitions easy. Kerry was beyond excellent to work with when we were planning our son's birthday trip! She helped with every detail from choosing a hotel to recommending where to eat and all the ins and outs of Universal. We have since booked 2 cruises with her and even bought our Disneyland park tickets through her. She is always on top of making sure any of our MANY questions are answered quickly, applies discounts when they pop up, and rearranges travel dates or itineraries when things come up and plans change. I will always use her services and expertise for our future vacations!

Kerry has been super helpful with a couple trips - we booked a first trip to Disneyland with her, and we were sure it would be a one and done trip, but then we saw how magical it can be and we are planning another visit when the kids are a little older. We also booked a couple trip to Hawaii and we appreciated her guidance and suggestions for picking the right hotel and the excursions we did. Even restaurant advice - she goes above and beyond.

Best 10 hour Disney adventure!

Made sure I had the Genie Plus to make sure I was able to make the most of the 10 hours we would have to play!
