In my trips, I love exploring hidden gems alongside the classic landmarks. They're classic and sought out for a reason, but that's not what truly makes an old European city special. From the best hot chocolate in Brugge to a smooth espresso in Florence, finding those special spots to sit and pause will turn an average trip into a magical one. Some of my favorite memories are finding the hole-in-the-wall restaurant that served me the best pasta of my life or the Biergarten built into a treetop! 

While my primary region specialty lies in Europe, I also have a deep appreciation for the Caribbean and Mexico. From the white sand beaches of the Caribbean to the vibrant culture of Mexico, these destinations offer a unique blend of relaxation, adventure, and rich heritage.
