Shelby was amazing to work with! She helped us navigate WDW at the busiest and most crowded time of year! She helped us plan our days by suggesting we use genie plus to avoid long lines and also showed me how to book individual lightening lanes for rides that had the option available. She was very detail oriented and checked in several times through out our trip to make sure we need anything or have any questions! If we did she was right there to help and had an answer within minutes. Awesome agent

Shelby organized some really great outings on our Costa Rica vacation. The ziplining company was safe and we had a great time there. The tour of Cahuita National Park was fun and we had a great tour guide as well!
