Vicki is great! She is very familiar with the travel industry and is able to answer questions and accommodate specific requests. We can always count on her to find us the best option s. She has been our "go to" travel source for many years! If you are wanting to try an all-inclusive resort like Sandals or an Alaskan cruise, she is a great resource!

Our latest adventure was a South Pacific get-away during the cold winter months of the mid-west. Vicki takes time to understand our objectives and our desires as well as our budget. When my girlfriend and I decided we wanted to take a Viking Riverboat Cruise from Prague to Paris, Vicki gave us several options from which to choose, describing each one in detail. Since we wanted to spend more time in Prague and Paris, she made recommendations on packages to extend our stay. She was prompt and thorough in answering all our questions. Vicki suggested we book a year in advance to get the best price on our package. She also made sure that I got credit for being a return traveler on Viking. Since she had been to Prague, she gave us tips on places to visit while we were there. When we returned, she followed up to see how our trip was and to ensure that it was a good experience for us. Vicki has been my travel agent for years and years and I have always been very pleased with the trips she has planned for me. She is definitely an expert in the travel world. Vicki recently planned a vacation for my husband and I along with two sets of our friends. She managed all three families, securing us the best rooms at a resort in the Riviera Maya. Every detail was planned efficiently and explained to us in detail. We basically just picked the resort and rooms we liked best (from options Vicki had researched) and she did the rest. Our travel arrangements were thorough and easy to understand, but best of all, maximized our time in paradise. I felt at ease knowing that we were going to have an amazing trip thanks to Vicki's planning, and she most certainly exceeded our expectations!

Our river cruise was booked on Avalon and they were great and the room on the mid-level with water only a few feet below us exceeded our expectations. Service and food were great!

Vicki was amazing. She listened to what I wanted to do and found the perfect trip for me. Everything was handled in a professional and easy manner. All I had to do is pay for the trip and pack my bags. I was a little shocked at the price but you pay for what you get. I am a very busy business woman and traveled alone. She found me a tour that I felt safe, loved and cared for. The tour person was so knowledgeable. The hotels were very clean and quaint. She answered all my questions in a timely manner and even got back with me when I got lost. I will definitely be referring Vicki to anyone who wants to travel. I could not have done it without her. We knew only that we wanted 1) our first river cruise and 2) in Europe. Vicki helped us screen the possibilities and used her own experience to guide us into a marvelous two weeks traveling up the Danube. She carefully followed up with us to make sure we didn't miss any of the many pre-departure actions. Even during the trip, she continued to help us -- her note awaiting our arrival on-board advised "don't miss having a trdelník in Budapest!" (yes, we had to look it up, too!).
Vicki also facilitated extra arrangements, coordinating with the cruise line to secure an early arrival and extra days at our hotel so we could spend time with our Hungarian friends in Budapest.
Best of all, Vicki's office is in Lees Summit. We were able to sit down with her and discuss our options. We knew that if any problems came up (I should emphasize that none did!) or changes needed to be made, she was only a short drive or a local phone call away!
