I have a thorough background in the travel industry, with experience managing logistics from land to sea.  Having worked directly with senior company management and ship officers in the corporate communications department for Princess Cruises at its administrative headquarters, I gained vast insight with complex logistical planning and emergency operations between shipboard and shoreside teams. This work included instances when sudden changes to established cruise schedules had to be revised in real time due to storms and occurrences that could not be anticipated in advance.  In this role, I was also in charge of coordinating and communicating information between the ship’s captain and officers and the carrier’s booking agents throughout the world.
