As the owner/travel professional for my business, I'm dedicated to each client's unique needs. I work directly with you to determine your interests and match the right travel suppliers to your preferences.
As a world traveler to over 30 different countries, I often make recommendations based on my personal experiences. I'm a possibility thinker, so I find ways to work with those who have limited budgets and those who need ideas for their next trip.

My own recent trips and highlights include:
Universal Studios - When you stay right at one of the Universal resorts, you get early admission to the theme parks! My sister cried tears of joy when she saw Hogsmeade, since it was just as she imagined it would be from the Harry Potter books!
Tahiti (French Polynesia) - We stayed in an overwater bungalow on Moorea, followed by a 7-night cruise on the Paul Gauguin. Highlights include snorkeling with pilot whales and tour of Bora Bora!
DisneyWorld - Nothing compares to the Animal Kingdom Lodge with a balcony room overlooking the savanna! With the 4-day Park Hopper pass, we were able to visit all of the DisneyWorld parks. Epcot is especially beautiful during the spring Flower and Garden Festival!
African Safari - 12 days in Kenya/Tanzania with Micato Safaris. Amazing wildlife viewing, cultural experience with the Masai people, luxury lodges/camps and traditional African cuisine.

My wife and I had been wanting to do a Viking River Cruise for years. When we discovered that Mary was taking one from Amsterdam to Basal we asked if we could join in. She not only said sure, but she also made all the arrangements including extra days in Amsterdam with transportation from the airport to an exceptional hotel. She let us travel around with her to see the city and pointed out many of the sights. Once we were on the cruise she continued to be helpful in many ways. When we weren’t on excursions led by Viking she would help plan and lead us on our own self guided excursions in Germany and France. Mary was excellent at getting us the flights that worked best for us and getting transfers from one location to the next as well as making it one of the best trips of our life. We would use her services again in a heartbeat! Thanks Mary

Awesome Disney Trip

We had a wonderful experience working with Mary. She helped us pick a wonderful resort and helped us with all our plans for the Disney parks including setting up convenient flights and transportation to and from. We had a few changes along the way and lots of rescheduling due to COVID and she was very on top of making sure everything was correct. We have a young daughter and she was also very helpful with suggesting things she would enjoy in the parks. We would definitely recommend Mary...she was great!

Utah adventure!

Zee planned one of our all time favorite trips. We did a road trip of the National Parks of Utah. Zee laid it out so the timing to each park was perfect. We were able to do all of the hikes and enjoy the wildlife at each park. All of the hotels were nice and had great views or extra amenities that seem to go with the locations. We ended up in Durango, Colorado where we rode the train into the mountains and back. The hotel there was the perfect place to relax for a couple days after a busy roadtrip. Thanks again Zee!

Mary was very easy to work with and provided us with great information regarding tours of Ireland. She was able to give information about the different tour groups, dates of travel, and answer any questions we had regarding group size, transfer information, and travel insurance. Zee was amazing! She listened to what we wanted and delivered! She found us great hotels and wonderful excursions. She was so fast and responsive it was a wonderful experience planning our European honeymoon! When we had questions on a hotel she called Switzerland to double check room accommodations! She was also great when we changed our minds and needed to cancel and excursion. She also got us wonderful deals! After we finished booking she sent us everything super organized with all the info we needed to have an amazing trip! Thanks Zee!!!

Mary handled all our air and hotel arrangements for a complex trip to Skopje, Macedonia and 3 locations in Greece. The trip included all one-way air flights. All went extremely well, except for getting our baggage to the hotel in Santorini -- apparently the transportation company did not give our hotel enough notice to provide a porter to get us from drop off to hotel front door. Our concierge was quite put out about that and recommended that all transportation arrangements be made directly with the hotel.
The only other snafu was at the Plaka hotel in Athens. We arrived quite late (10:30pm about) and were informed at our arrival that we had been "upgraded". That meant we were given a closet sized room which no one else would take that had a view of the Parthenon. We were able to switch to a better room the following day and received compensation from the hotel for our trouble.
Neither of these were in any way related to Mary and she did a great job following up to provide payment when the hotels needed it. Not to mention the multiple emails sorting out the various air flight options, and she provided us with recommendations of things to do along the way. We highly recommend contacting Mary for ALL of your travel needs.

"Zee" did an excellent job helping us plan our cruise in February. With 9 of us traveling from different parts of the US & Canada, she managed to make all our arrangements "click". She was very prompt with getting back to us with details of the cruise as well as making our hotel reservations in Fort Lauderdale the night before we set sail. "Zee" has also planned previous trips for us to Mexico and is very knowledgeable about the "do's and don'ts" of traveling outside the US. I would highly recommend "Zee" for any travel plans you may have...she definitely takes the stress out of traveling!!

Mary "Zee" has been our travel agent since she began her business. She is quick to respond and always offers suggestions and/or solutions to our travel needs. She was instrumental in helping to plan our trips to Mexico, as well as a reunion cruise with folks from all over the U.S. and Canada. Mary 'Zee' Zadrozny has been planning our yearly trips to Mexico ever since she started her business. They travel agent we used previously did not follow through on our requests and Mary has made sure all our requests were met. Some of our requests have been for health accommodations, which was always a worry for the individual. Mary is very professional and has great communication skills as a person prepares for their trip. I highly recommend that A-Z Travel be included in this new travel agent finder service. You can't go wrong with Mary!

Zee arranged all details for our recent Caribbean Cruise. She planned schedules we would have never thought of, down to the last detail, including pre arranged transportation for airports to hotels to the cruise ship, etc. This made our vacation so easy, as we didn't have to do a thing but go and have a great time. Zee will forever be our travel agent!

Mary was very helpful. She made all the planning so easy. She suggested tours, coordinated our family flights and remembered to include transportation to and from airports, hotels, and our ship. When my husband fell ill while traveling, Mary assisted with Travel Insurance documents and rebooked our flights once my husband was able to travel. We truly appreciated all her work to insure our first cruise was awesome, and it was!

A to Z travel did an amazing job and helping us plan our honeymoon. Mary was very accommodating to our needs and made thoughtful recommendations that helped make the trip perfect. We could not have been happier with the way the trip turned out. The extra efforts that were put forth made us feel at home in the cities/countries we visited. When planning, we were concerned with cost/location and in the end, were able to stay on budget and stay close to the city centers.
My wife and I had an amazing time on our honeymoon and we are extremely pleased with how everything came together for us. We look forward to working with Mary and A to Z travel for our future trips. Thank you!!!!!
