Gina is the first travel agent I have ever worked with. She helped me plan a surprise trip to Universal Studios Orlando for my 11 year old son & I. Gina made the planning process so easy and stress free. She is knowledgeable and prompt with her responses. Both my son & I were first timers at Universal, so I didn’t know what to expect let alone know anything about the park itself.
