Shawndra has been so helpful with coordinating and helping our little league group plan our annual group trip. This year we chose to cruise and Shawndra took care of every detail for us. She was even able to get our group a private room for a welcome party where we had our own DJ and snacks. I would've never been able to get everyone together and do as much as she was able to plan for us. Our group cruise went flawlessly and each of our 30+ families are still raving about it, we can't wait to start planning next year's trip with her. Thanks again for everything

First ever cruise!

On top of all the the work she put into simply booking the cruise for me, she spent a lot of time going over everything (from “must knows” to fun tips) so I was prepared for the adventure. Seabreeze Travel saved the day on my last cruise!

Shawndra saved the day on my last cruise. She told me she handles any issues while I am on my cruise and she did NOT disappoint! Last cruise the port of Miami closed due to weather and our cruise was 6 hours late returning causing us to miss our Brightline train home. My wifi wasnt the greatest and I couldnt connect to reschedule my train. I sent a message to Shawndra through facebook and she was able to get my train rescheduled so I didnt lose out all the money for a missed train I otherwise wouldve missed had she not been able to reschedule for me! Not to mention I was able to get a train home that night while countless other passengers ended up having to stay another night in Miami because there was no trains left to book after they returned to port. Shawndra was such a lifesaver in that instance that I'll never book another cruise without her!

I originally met Shawndra when I booked a cruise for my sisters wedding, she was the travel agent that put together her group wedding cruise. I was so impressed with everything that I booked my own family reunion cruise on Royal Caribbean with Shawndra. She made the whole process so easy from giving me my own website to give to all my extended family to book their cabins, to helping choose the perfect group excursions, even getting us a private room to have a party while on the cruise. I know a few of my family that went has already contacted her to get cruises too and one booked a Disney trip with her. She has simply been a lifesaver.
