We have always booked our own vacations to Disney and done all the legwork without the assistance of a travel agent. This time, because our lives are so busy and there have been so many changes at Disney, I decided to reach out to a few travel agents. From the first email from Tiffany, I knew she was going to do everything in her power to make our trip as memorable as possible. She was very quick to respond. She never pressured us into making a decision. She provided multiple options whenever we had questions. And she always knew when to make a "helpful suggestion". Her knowledge of Disney is amazing. If she didn't have the answer, she would get back to us within a day or two. Even after we got to Disney, she was still keeping an eye on our plans. My daughter and son-in-law had a very early reservation that we wanted to push out to around 6 or 7 pm. Tiffany found an opening and made the reservation for us. Tiffany is just simply the best.
